ATTENDANCE IMPORTANT for children to attend school every

day

IMPORTANT for children to arrive punctually between 8.30 and 8.45am

In case of absence, notify School Office by telephone or email asap, then send in a written note on child’s return to school

For a medical appointment, provide School Office with a copy of appointment

Request leave of absence for religious grounds, family wedding, funeral, graduation, etc. in writing to the Head

if prescribed by GP

Bring to School Office in a named plastic bag

Fill in consent form in School Office

Staff will administer and keep medicines

refrigerated if necessary

OR parent can arrange to come into school to

administer medicine personally

SICKNESS/INJURY In case of sickness/diarrhoea, children must be

kept off school for 48 hours

If child is not well enough for school, don’t make

them come in

If child is not well enough to stay in school,

parents will be contacted to collect them

Bumps/grazes treated in school by a First Aider,

entered into Accident Book and note sent home

Parent will be contacted in case of head bumps

and serious injuries

Ambulance will be called in case of serious injury
