We are proud to be manufacturer of the first air and person disinfectant tunnel based on Ultra Violet (UV) and ozone gases in Iran that is
based on implementation of hospital systems and operating rooms to remove as many microorganisms as possible from microbes and
viruses, the system of UV lamps and ozone generators technology is used in the ventilation system.
The use of ozone gas in these ventilation systems increases their disinfecting power by 3000 times in compare with use of antiseptics like
chlorine. In addition, according to the report of the World Health Organization on the allowable limit of the use of this gas in equipment
(PPM 0.125) does not pose any danger to human health system and UV radiation output from this device is zero that makes them harmful
to children and pregnant women.
Another advantage of using ozone gas is that, unlike other disinfectants such as chlorine and formalin, it does not cause the production of
any toxic or harmful substances, and after 5 to 10 minutes, it becomes oxygen, during which the cleaning operation continues. By this
natural process, it does not cause any negative effects on humans as well as environment.

It should be noted that this operation is performed within at least 20 seconds, the design of this tunnel is such that it causes the entire
tunnel to be constantly disinfected by the designed filtration system and there is no need to worry about the movement of each individual

Ozone: A powerful weapon to combat COVID-19 OUTBREAK

Ozone's Effectiveness in Killing SARS Coronavirus Leads to Theory on COVID-19
OZ products are manufactured by Tennessee Innovative Products, LLC, a sister company of Quail Systems.
Ozone is a naturally occurring gas created from oxygen atoms. The oxygen molecule is made up of 2 oxygen
atoms. These oxygen molecules are broken into atoms by the corona discharge during lightning storms or by
UV light from the Sun.
Single oxygen atoms cannot exist alone without regrouping back into di-atomic oxygen molecules. During this
recombination stage some atoms will regroup into loosely bonded tri-atomic oxygen. This new molecule is
called Ozone or O3.
Ozone generators are able to make ozone from normal air and are normally used as room disinfectants. The
antipathogenic effects of ozone have been substantiated for several decades.
Its killing action upon bacteria, viruses, fungi, and in many species of protozoa, serve as the basis for its
increasing use in disinfecting municipal water supplies in cities worldwide
Thus ozone is a natural compound, is easily generated in situ from oxygen or air, and breaks down to

be removed quickly after treatment by use of a catalytic converter, which can transform the ozone back
into oxygen within minutes

Biodegradation coefficients of common disinfectant
We evaluated the feasibility of using ozone gas as an effective means of decontaminating
various hard and porous surfaces containing dry or wet films of different viruses, in the
presence and absence of cell debris and biological fluids. Following successful laboratory
experiments, we then developed an efficient prototype ozone generator and catalytic
converter that could be used in a room containing viral contaminants. We also examined
a role for high humidity in enhancing the virus inactivation process, and incorporated this
feature into the field tests and we confirm that our product can efficiently destroy major
microorganism and air particles.
