JBS previously known as Shanker Iyer & Co, was in need of a new direction that would take their business to the next level. A new brand identity and a strategic direction was created to give them a more human brand persona. All brand touchpoints were realigned with this new direction, projecting an accounting brand that was truly distinct in the marketplace.

A powerful brand innovation project, we helped Le Fraiche create a brand story and brand identity that is differentiated yet relevant to customers in the beauty market. Our expertise has resulted in Le Fraiche being one of the fastest growing brands in Asia and is today looking to expand to global markets.

Catholic Junior College (CJC) sought to reposition itself to remain relevant with a changing audience. Using our branding framework, we provided CJC with a holistic branding solution, which included a new brand identity, new brand messaging platform, that balanced tradition & contemporary dynamism.

In the very competitive field that is Information Technology, Adventus is a brand that is making great strides in Singapore and beyond. We developed a brand strategy that allowed the brand to be more competitive. Our work included research, strategy, identity and communications. We were tasked by the Singapore goverment to work on creating the Indian Heritage Centre Branding. The Indian Heritage Centre was a major project, where we used our brand framework to research, strategise, and develop a brand inspired by the rich culture & heritage of the Indian community in Singapore.

The Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI) sought to strengthen its brand. We developed a brand DNA, new identity system and strategic communications materials to do precisely that, and built up SERI’s brand equity and reputation. It is now recognised as one of the leading research institutes in the world.

2 OUR BRAND STORIES:

SENAAT, the industrial arm of the Abu Dhabi government, sought us to engage their employees to the brand promise and to deliver a consistent experience to its global stakeholders. We carried out a series of Internal Branding engagement activities and workshops to build a powerful brand champion mindset and establish SENAAT as a key player in the gulf region.

With an extensive portfolio of brands which included Tiger and Heineken, Asia Pacific Breweries needed employees who understood and championed the corporate and product brands. Through Internal Branding, we aligned employees along its corporate brand values and created brand champions for product brands who are able to inspire their colleagues to deliver the brand promises.

A new global brand offering by BASF, Master Builders Solutions engaged us to create their brand culture across 30 countries. Through our research and strategy framework, we helped develop a branded culture that was rolled out globally. Through a series of brand engagements and Brand Coach/Live The Brand workshops, we have helped create a world-class branded culture for a world-class brand.

To solve the problem of aligning staff to live the Changi Airport brand, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) commissioned us to ensure that their brand values were translated into employee behaviour. Our solution: a four-month campaign that created brand champions and inspired employees to deliver Changi Airport’s brand promise to customers.

With more than 110,000 employees, BASF saw a critical need to align its employees in Asia to its brand promise and value proposition. We set up a BASF Brand University, created 12 Brand Training Modules, conducted senior management workshops to craft BASF’s internal brand strategy, and ran Live The Brand workshops to engage key stakeholders to the BASF Brand Champion mindset.

SingPost wanted to develop a branded service culture among all employees of all levels that truly engaged its customers. We developed a strong Service Champion team via our customer experience framework. At phase two, we also impacted frontline staff through a series of branded customer experience engagements to create a customer-centric culture.

The Brand Theatre worked with OCBC via our brand strategic planning workshop, to develop an internal strategy for their QPI team. The workshop enabled the team to develop their internal strategy, identify challenges, and develop tactical ideas to strengthen their brand and align their people to a strategic direction.

OUR BRAND STORIES:

DELL is seen as one of the leaders in technology, one of the industry’s great global players. The Brand Theatre provided training in consultative selling and personal branding skills for its sales force in 20 countries, to deliver the Dell vision and increase sales growth.

The Brand Theatre worked with Pfizer on their product brands, Viagra and OAB. Workshops were held with the regional marketing team to facilitate the creation of a new internal marketing plan as well as to ensure that brand strategies were aligned across the region.
