Happy November, everyone!
We hope you all enjoyed our Three Oaks Country Fair!!! Thanks very
much to all 1,063 of you who came out for a great evening full of fun
with our school community! We also truly appreciate all of the staff,
student & parent volunteers who helped with the event - we couldn't
have done it without you!!
Our next event is Snowflake Saturday, which takes place on Saturday,
12/15, from 8:30-11:30am at Three Oaks! It will be a fun morning that
includes breakfast, a visit from Santa, shopping at our Vendor Fair &
Scholastic Book Fair, a performance from our 5th grade chorus, assem-
bling donations for Union Mission and the opportunity to participate in
our drawing for more than 25 amazing prizes from all ages, donated by
local businesses! We hope to see you there!
These community events would not be possible without a strong
PTA! If you have not already done so, I encourage you to take a mo-
ment and become part of the 2018-2019 Three Oaks PTA. Simply visit
www.3oakspta.weebly.com today to join us. Our goal is 100% member-
ship for our school this year and we do still have a long way to go to
reach that goal. Thank you for your help in ensuring that we get there!

The fifth grade chorus will be performing at
Snowflake Saturday on Saturday
December 15th at 9:30 am. Please stop in
the cafeteria and enjoy the Holiday music
they have to share.
The fifth grade classes will be presenting "A Party in a Pear Tree" on
Tuesday December 18th at 6:30 PM for friends and
family. The students will also have performance on that day for the
student body. Strings and Chorus will also be showcased.
Joining Three Oaks PTA is Sweet!!
Our Membership Drive Contest has now begun!
When families join the PTA, their membership enables us to facilitate memorable events such as the Country Fair, Snowflake Saturday, Variety Show, Muffins with Moms and Donuts with Dads! This helps build a cohesive community within our school. Three Oaks PTA is a 100% volunteer or-ganization and will only succeed with your partnership!
We encourage all parents to show your support of Three Oaks by joining the PTA! It's easy to do! Simply visit www.bit.ly/join_3oakspta. If you would prefer to submit a paper application, please complete the membership form on the back of this letter and send it into school with your child to give to their teacher.
Our goal is to ensure that 100% of our students have a parent, guardian, family member or friend sponsor them for the 2018-2019 school year.
Once your child’s classroom reaches 100% PTA Member-ship, they will all receive a fun prize! The class who reaches 100% first will win their choice of a Three Oaks water bottle or keychain!!!! Classes with 100% member-ship will be help fill up their grade’s gumball machine on the bulletin board in the cafeteria! Check it out next time you’re in!

Three Oaks has spoken and it is time to announce our October Vol-
unteer of the Month. Three Oaks PTA would like to recognize
Mrs. Carolyn Stamm for her exceptional volunteer contri-
butions and positive impact on our school community during the
month of October. Mrs. Stamm can be seen at school on a regular
basis assisting with Tuesday Folders, Pumpkin Science, displaying of
student works and also
in Mrs. Strack's class-
room. The PTA recog-
nizes her willingness to
support our volunteer
needs to make each
event a success with a
positive attitude and
love for all stu-
