Each Pathway Program is equivalent to the first seven week module in one of two 28 week Pre-Trades Programs at Sheridan

PathwaysPathwaysStudents take courses at Sheridan’s Skills
Training Centre in Oakville for two days or three days per week for 17 weeks beginning in mid-February
Sheridan will assist students in finding paid work placements beginning in July.

After Secondary SchoolAfter Secondary School
Graduates of a Pre-Trades Pathway who have a 60% or higher average and an OSSD will be offered Direct Entry into week 8 of a Sheridan Pre-Trades Program.
This will enable students to continue in a paid work placement until the end of October
Electrical Pathway After Electrical Pathway After Secondary SchoolSecondary School
Complete Sheridan’s Electrician – Pre Trades Program
Then become an Industrial or Construction and Maintenance Electrician apprentice
Or use 12 credits towards a Technician or Technology Program
Machining and Tooling Pathway Machining and Tooling Pathway After Secondary SchoolAfter Secondary School
Complete Sheridan’s Mechanical Techniques – Tool and Die Maker Program
Become a Tool and Die Maker, General Machinist, Industrial Mechanic Millwright, .. apprentice
Or use 9 credits towards a Technician or Technology Program
