Initiative/Project/Activity: People Competency 1/2Description: Define a process for Competency Mgmt that identifies BoKs, establishes an assessment criteria and a maintenance process; that organizations can use internally as a guideline to assess and develop their Quality practitioners.
Accomplishments: •Completed addressing the comments from SAE Editor (Jeff Wood). 6 comments out of 50 need further clarification.•Completed and released the IAQG procedure on how the PCAP team will operate to the new required format IAQG Procedure 105.7. •Completed the guidance material 90% with suggested uses of the IAQG Recognized BoK’s.•Completed the MOU to be used with BoK developers.•Identified repository for PCAP documents
Next Steps & Schedule:•Begin the ballot process for the BoK Development Standard (AS9139). Oct 2013•Complete the BoK guidance material and provide to the SCMH team to be posted. Nov 2013•Have the MOU reviewed by the IAQG lawyer before release. Nov 2013•Establish plan, during the Montreal meeting, on new 2014 objectives- Complete•Begin working with BoK developers to review and recognize two (2) BoK’s – Dec 2013•Issue invitation letter to Quality Organizations to provide BoK’s for IAQG Recognition. – Nov 2013

Accomplishments:•Completed the white paper on Human Factors. We have addressed all the comments provided during the Moscow meeting.
Next Steps and Schedule:•The White Paper is finished needs to be reviewed by the SWG and General Assembly. Oct 2013•Begin work on the next revision of the HF White paperIncorporate any comments received and issue finished paper. Oct 2013•Provide the whitepaper to the SCMH team to reformat and post – Nov 2013•Post the white paper in the People Capability folder in the IAQG web site – Oct 2013
