A special mention to Mr Mitch McAlister and the dedicated students who worked with him as Show Stewards and finally a huge thank you to Miss Wilson and Stage Two who put on their gloves the next day and ably assisted with the clean up! Just a reminder that the 5th annual Dubbo Stampede is this weekend. Sunday 28 August is the day! It will be a
wonderful opportunity for families to enjoy a morning together in what is shaping up to be a nice weekend weather wise, after a bit of a damp week. We suggest the 5.5km Dingo Dash is a good one to run or walk together. Registrations close Friday this week, so if you have not registered make sure you visit www.dubbostampede.com.au to do so.
Remember the Schools’ Challenge when registering and nominate your child’s school. Great prizes are up for grabs. The website is full of information and answers to questions.
I look forward to seeing you out there. Sarah Strahorn (Schools’ Challenge Coordinator)
