Background of projectThis is to invite all current duly registered construction and providers companies operating withinMontserrado, Lofa and Bomi counties that are interested in provide and bidding the following itemsfor hand washing station in schools:

Total Cost

The unit price provide in the quotation have to include material cost, labor cost and contingency cost.Plan Liberia will be responsible to supervise the production process, to collect and transport the itemsto the school in Lofa and Bomi.

The activities under consideration are expected to commence on June 10, 2015 and 100% completedby July 25, 2015. This invitation is opened to all, but construction companies registered and operatingin Liberia.

Additional information and further general condition to the contract can be picked upimmediately at Plan Liberia office in Sophie Community, Congo Town. Monrovia.

Submission detail:Deadline for the submission of interest (cover letter, attached documents listed above, cost bill ofquantities, payment conditions and work schedule) in a sealed envelope, address to the CountryDirector, Plan Liberia, Sophie Community, Oldest Congo Town, Monrovia, Liberia on or before:2nd June 2015 by 2pm.

Opening detail:The opening of the submitted bids, evaluation and selection of most responsive company will becommunicated to all bidders.
