Work with teachers to present the ISEF

Meeting with teachers of the Maria Lamas School, in the subject of Project Area of the 12 th grade to publicize the national initiatives in order to lead students of the school to participate with their projects in national events that give the clearance for the ISEF 2011. The teachers were informed about ours participation in ISEF in San Jose, photos were showed, and we try to engage them for the possibility of our school could lead students to compete with their projects.

At the beginning of the school year, students have difficulties in choosing the individual projects in the subject of Project Area. In each class there is a teacher or tutor who helps students enter into the choice of a particular project, to be delivered at the end of the school year and about which there will be a final assessment. The visit to the European Final of the Young Scientists in Lisbon, allowed us to collect materials(films, flyers) made in previous years in other countries. These films describe cases of students participating in science fairs in several countries in Europe.
