Mr. Sarraf is the Chairman & Managing Director of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation
and Chairman of ONGC Videsh, Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals and 5 other
ONGC group companies. He has experience of over three and half decades in the
oil and gas industry, having started his career in Oil India. Mr. Sarraf was elevated to
the post of Director (Finance) in ONGC Videsh (OVL) in 2005 where he served till
2007. During this period, OVL made significant acquisitions in Syria, Brazil,
Colombia, Venezuela, Cuba, Egypt and Myanmar. In December 2007, he rejoined

Dr. Kaushik Deb is an economist with British Petroleum (BP) in India. His research
interests lie in infrastructure economics. Mr. Deb is responsible for overseeing the
analysis of natural gas markets in Group Economics in BP with a focus on LNG
markets. In addition, he also leads macroeconomic analysis of South and South
East Asian economics, especially India. He has two decades of research, consulting
and teaching experience in a variety of infrastructure sectors, including sector
restructuring studies, energy-environment-economy modeling, energy and
environmental economics. Mr. Deb has worked closely with several municipal,
state and national level agencies in this sector advising them on policy and
operational issues while serving on subject specific committees set up by various
government departments.

Mr. Pashupathy Gopalan has been with SunEdison since 2009 and is currently the

Africa, China and Japan. Under his leadership, SunEdison was named India's Best

Mr. Sumant Sinha is currently also the Chairman of the National

Global Excellence Award 2015.
