Situation

You are looking forward to a career of your choice. You have recently gone for an interview and the HR Division. The HR manager has asked you to provide a personal and development plan for yourself relating to the following tasks:Task 1

Write a short report to the HR manager on how you would do the following:

Evaluate approaches to self-managed learning

1.1Propose the ways in which lifelong learning in personal and professional contexts could be encouraged

Evaluate the benefits of self-managed learning to the individual (you in this case) and organisation concerned

Evaluate your own current skills and competencies against professional standards and organisational objectives

2.3Devise a personal and professional development plan based on identified needs

2.4Your report should not exceed more than 2,000 words. Diagrams, charts, tables and appendixes are not to be included in the word count. The document should be consolidated into a media of your choice with hyperlink into sub content for the selection of the topics that may be of concern by the HR Manager relating to the above task.Hints:

Use self-learning models and self-directed learning methods. Attach relevant self-appraisal/ skill-audit records, compiled throughout this module, to support your selection.

For your development plan compile; CV, transcript, current ability, personal portfolio building, learning programmes and action plan to achieve your development objectives.

Task 3

Prepare documentation that could be hyperlink with the previous report meant to implement and continually renew your own personal and professional development plan including time frame and succession for the organisation of your concern relating to the following tasks.

Suppose the company is faced with a situation (a HR or administrative event or activity of your choice) that need to be rectified. The head of the department and the management has given you the green light to head a team (at least 3 or 4 of your classmates). Team schedules and activities should also show that much thought have been placed with actual practice. Presentation1. NOTES TO STUDENTS for summission
