Overall Experience and Qualifications of Key Personnel (Tab in Volume I):
• Minimum Experience Requirements• Key Personnel, including but not limited to Project
Manager and Lead Technical Staff, must each have aminimum of 10 years of experience involvingBrownfields, Environmental Site Assessments- Phase I,Phase II, clean up planning.
• All project staff must meet all local, state and federalrequirements to perform Services.
• Certified or licensed (i.e., Professional Geologist,Professional Engineer, Georgia Certified Lab, CertifiedWell Driller, etc.) staff must be used to perform Servicesas required.
• Lead Community Engagement – Minimum of five (5) yearsof experience in community engagement

Overall Experience, Qualifications and Performance on Similar Projects:
• Managing EPA Grants and complying with federal requirementsor other similar grants;
• Managing Brownfields Projects - to include Phase I and Phase IIEnvironmental Site Assessments, brownfields cleanup planning,preparing required documents (QAPP, ABCA), and reporting,working with the GA EPD Brownfield program;
• Conducting community engagement and outreach initiatives forsimilar projects;
• Identify EPA Brownfields projects completed in Georgia andRegion 4
• For each Resume provided, each Proponent must provide aminimum of two (2), one (1) to two (2) page letters ofrecommendation from clients for whom that individual has helda similar role

Overall Experience, Qualifications and Performance on Previous Projects; and
Management Plan.
B. Volume II – Required Submittal Forms (Forms 1-8)

II. Cost Proposal: Exhibit A.1
Proponent must submit (1) envelope stamped “original” and nine (9) copies in a separate
envelope.
Note for Submission of Responsive Proposal Packages: (1) Proposal Package Should be Marked “Original” and Nine (9) additional Copies of the Original Proposal package must be submitted.
