A senior analytics and BI executive in Financial Services industry, Dr. Zhang provides thought leadership on and serves as chief architect for numerous innovative analytic solutions to business challenges at various organizations. At New York Community Bancorp, Zhongcai is responsible for enterprise-wide business analytics, modeling, and reporting, providing operational and strategic decision support to such areas as customer acquisition and retention, product cross-selling, deposit pricing, product development, site selection, liquidity management, process optimization, profitability, and the like. His background includes academic publishing, BI and analytics conference speaking, and industry case study featuring.
Kira Roytburg is a Head of Exchange Analytics at Twitter responsible for providing analytics and strategic insights to drive revenue growth of mobile exchange. Prior to Twitter, Kira was a Sr. Director of Analytics at Yahoo focusing on behavioral targeting, ad effectiveness, and advertiser analytics on big data. Kira joined Yahoo through an acquisition of interclick, an ad network specialising in performance campaigns using behavioral data. Kira holds Masters in Statistics from Columbia University. Here at Twitter, she has fun working with a smart bunch of people connecting advertisers to their audience across over 35K mobile applications.
Wilson Pang is the Senior Director of Data Service and Solutions in eBay. He manages Commerce Experience Insight and Retail Science departments, where his team build big data solution and analytic product to enable product managers and analysts to improve product experience, more over, his Retail Science team focuses mining insights about inventory like Trending, Seasonality, Pricing, Supply & Demand Gap, etc which enables eBay to be a marketplace with strong retail muscle. Wilson also worked in Search Science and Internet Marketing for long time, where they leverage big data and machine learning to mine buyer/seller/inventory signals to improve Search relevance and Internet Marketing efficiency.
