B. MULTI LAYERS PACKAGING

1. Cello Board Folding box consists of Transparent Film laminated with board such as Ivory, Duplex, Kraft, etc. Added Value: - Glossy apperance. - More barrier against humidity.


Celloboard has several variants: a. Cello Hologram Board b. Cello Metallized Board c. Cello Metallized Hologram Board d. Cello Board Stamping Foil


2. AluBoard Folding box laminated with Alumunium Foil. Top printing on the alumunium surface or on the board side.


3. Metallized Board Transfer Metallized laminated on paper board such as: Ivory, Duplex, Kraft. Has the appearance of allumunium board. Variants of Metallized Board are : Metallized Hologram Board Metallized Board Carving


C. Single Layer Packaging

1. Paper Packaging consists only paper for the material with top printing.


2. Metallized Paper Transfer Metallized laminated on paper.

Comapre to paper material it has exclusive appearance and more barier against water.

D. Multi Layer

1. Polypaper Composition of material used are Printed Paper covered with PE through extrusion lamination proces.


2. Alu Paper Paper laminated with alumunium foil. Aplication : Ice Cream Cone Wrapper. Tea bag.


4. Alu Paper Wax Alumunium paper coated with wax that is customized with the main product. Wax layer can be applied on paper and alumunium 3. Coated Alu Paper Alumunium paper coated with special formula as sealing layer. (Eg: candy wrapper)


5. Polypanium Wax Combination of alumunium foil and paper through extrution lamination process and coated with.

One of the application is for instant seasoning powder.


6. Cellopaper Combination of Transparent Film and Paper , coated with seaing layer on the other side of paper. Often used for soap packaging as an alternatif other than folding Box
