The Information and Instructions for presenters

Oral Presentation (20-minute)

All presentation rooms will be equipped with Microsoft Windows-based

Computers, projectors, and projection screens. No Internet access is available in the

presentation rooms. There will be a staff moderator in each room to make sure the

presentation is proceeding as schedule. Please limit your presentation within 15

minutes and leave 5 minutes for discussions. Certificate will be awarded after each

presentation.

Please bring your presentation files on a flash drive (USB) or CD and provide

your files to 2013GSM while you check-in for the conference.

Oral presentation location at College of Finance and Economics room 311 held

on all presentation.

Rules of the Oral Presentations Session :

1. Procedure of each presentation session :

(1) The introduction of presides

(2) Paper presentation (15 minutes)

(3) Discussion (5 minutes)

(4) The conclusion of presides

2. For presenters : A staff moderator will ring the bell once at the 13th minute of the

presentation : he/she will ring the bell twice when time is up.

3. For presentation attendants : Please limit the time of raising questions to 2

minutes : a staff moderator will ring the bell once when time is up.

4. For preiders : Please conclude the presentation when the staff moderator ring the

bell once at the 20th minute mark.

Poster Presentation (5-minute)

Each poster presenter will be provided a 90cm * 120 cm tack board to which

you can attach your poster. Thumbtacks and tables are available at the conference.

Certificate will be awarded after the poster session.

The tack boards will be set up by October 26th at 15:10 pm and October 27th at

16:50 pm on the day of poster Presentation. You can put up your poster after this time.

Please remove your poster by October 26th from 15:20 pm until 16:50 pm and

October 27th from 15:10 pm until 16:50 on your own right after the poster session.
