NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that on 11thApril 2016MONMOUTHSHIRECOUNTY COUNCILmade an Order underS14 of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984.The order wasproposed to facilitateessential BritishTelecom works. Theeffect of the orderclosed the C51.15Ninewells Road,Catbrook.

Diversion: Travel in aWesterly direction alongthe C51.15 NinewellsRoad until its junctionwith the R92. Travel in aSouth Easterly directionalong the R92 until itsjunction with the C51.14.Travel in a Northerlydirection along theC51.14 until its junctionwith the C40.2. Travel inNorth Westerly directionalong the C40.2 until itsjunction with the C51.15and vice versa.

The Order came intoforce on the 11th April2016 until no later thanthe 9th May 2016.

By virtue of Section16(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984 aperson whocontravenes, or whouses or permits the useof a vehicle incontravention of, arestriction or prohibitionimposed under Section14 of the Act shall beguilty of an offence.
