PRE-WRITING: Picture Story Look at the pictures and write a story (120-150 words). The pictures tell you what happened to Tim last weekend. The first sentence is already there. The Dust Monster!

One day Tim’s dad had enough of Tim’s messy room, so he told Tim to tidy up his room and do the vacuum cleaning.

Tim’s dad opened the door and came into the room. He was shocked and angry. The room looked horrible. It looked worse than before. Dust and washing was lying around everywhere. Tim was sitting in the middle of his room. He went red in the face. He didn’t know what to say. He just looked at his dad. His dad shouted at him, “I asked you to tidy and clean your room and not to mess it up again!” There are too many short sentences, so it doesn’t read well. Pull the following words into the text:
