Welcome to our first annual bull sale. It is bittersweet to strike out on our

own after 15 years with the NCACB, but with too many numbers to consign we are

excited to offer the complete selection right here at home, all together, on one day.

The great times with the NCACB group won’t be forgotten, and as always we wish

the best for our friends the Meakins and the Lakustas.

We have always bred our cattle to bulls that we believe in and have never

followed trends, fads or ribbons. You will notice that most of the offering are sired

by bulls that we have raised, sold, then used by AI. We raise yearlings that have

enough frame and size to go out and breed your cows and add pounds to your

calves at weaning, which has proven to be very rewarding in these calf markets.

Remember – your calves sell by the pound!

The yearlings are easy doing, long, soggy type bulls with lots of natural mus-

cle, halter broke and can mostly be led around by Kendall and Marshall. The Two

Year olds were held back for this sale and are not left overs by any means. There is

a great selection in this group, from bulls that you can turn into a heifer pen with

confidence, to cow bulls with piles of performance. The Bulls were all pictured in

the third week of December and will have grown alot by sale day, if you would like

us to get you an updated picture let us know!

We are so pleased to welcome our friends the Kleppers as guest consignors.

They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Simmental business and

the cattle industry and we think that you will be as impressed as we are. Welcome

Vance, Michelle, Cheyenne and Colbey!

In an effort to reduce the stress on the cattle and create a more comfortable

environment for our customers we will be

selling by PowerPoint presentation. The

bulls will be penned outside and sold inside

our heated shop on a large screen. Make

sure you come early to scrutinize the bulls

outside because they will not enter a ring.

If you have any questions don’t hesitate to

Free delivery on all bulls up to 300 Kms - anydistance past 300 KMs will be at cost to buyer.

On Yearling Bulls We will be happy to providefree board until May 1, 2012. After May 1. 2012there will be a charge of $2.00 per day. All bullsreturning to the sellers must be insured. Insur-ance will be availiable sale day from Stock-mans Insurance.

I purchased Royal Prime from Char-Maine Ranching as a yearling. He is smooth polled and 1/2 French and off a very good Prime

Cut mother. He is very long, has a big hip and weaned off his mother at 990lbs at 210 days. As a yearling we used him as a clean up

bull and were very impressed with his calves. The calves are very consistant at birth with an average birth weight of 95lbs. Last year

we used him heavy and are expecting around 30 calves, and already have a good set on the ground. Have a look at his six sons in the

sale and some of the replacement females in the heifer pen, you won't be disappointed. With our extensive AI program, we never

keep a mature Herd Bull around. If you want to cover a lot of cows and add the polled French influence have a look at Royal Prime.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS - The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par at sale location unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been

made previous to the sale. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made.

BID - Every animal consigned to the sale must be sold by auction. No private sales will be allowed except as otherwise provided for

in the terms and conditions. No by-bidding will be permitted. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder.

DISPUTES - In cases of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made the buyer will be

the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer's decision in such matters will be final.

PURCHASER'S RISK - Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be cared for at the purchaser's

risk for a reasonable time.

ANNOUNCEMENTS from the auction block will take precedence over printed matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned

to pay attention to any such announcements.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY - The proper Registration or Recordation paper, as the case may be, will be duly transferred and fur-

nished to the buyer for each animal after settlement has been made.

SHIPPING - Assistance will be given in making shipment after the sale but no risk is assumed by Sales Management or Seller. Ex-

penses incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchasers are requested to furnish shipping instructions when making set-

tlement.

GUARANTEE - All animals will carry standard breeding guarantee as specified by the Canadian Charloise Association & Canadian

Simmental Association. At no time shall the seller's liability exceed the purchased price of the animal.

EXCEPTION TO GUARANTEE - In cases where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after

the sale, the guarantee shall be null and void.

ACCIDENTS - Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the Owners, auctioneer, or

Sale Staff assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability legal or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of

property.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS - The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller

and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights

and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.
