This volume contains the eight Specialist Committee reports presented and discussedat the 18th International Ship and Offshore Structures Congress (ISSC 2012) in Ros-tock, Germany, 09-13 September 2012.

Volume 1 contains the reports of the eight Technical Committees whilst Volume 3contains the report on the congress, the keynote lecture and the discussions of all thereports together with the replies by the committees.
