The GRINDER hydraulic system is equipped with an open multi-channel impeller and a suction crushing system made up of atriangular 60 HRC stainless steel blade able to break down the solid and filamentous bodies. A special part machined on the rear ofrotor prevents the fibres from reaching and damaging the mechanical seal.

Die GRINDER -Hydraulik besteht aus einem offenen Mehrkanalrad und einem Zerkleinerungssystem mit Dreiecksmesser aus rostfreiem60 HRC Stahl am Zulauf, das in der Lage ist, feste und faserige Stoffe zu zerreißen.Das Pumpenrad ist im hinteren Bereich sogearbeitet, dass die Fasern nicht bis zur Gleitringdichtung gelangen und diese beschädigen können.

The MACS hydraulic system is composed of an open single-channel impeller with extensive free flow and high efficiency.It is suitable for the treatment of soiled waters of civil origin and organic liquids with solid bodies and soiled sewage liquids.

Die MACS-Hydraulik besteht aus einem offenen Einzelkanalrad mit großem, freiem Durchfluss und hoher Leistung.Sie eignetsich für häusliche Abwässer, Abwässer aus Toilettenanlagen mit Feststoffen und Abwässer mit hohem Gehalt an Schwebestoffen.

The rear of the rotor is equipped with a crushing system which prevents the suspendedsolid bodies from reaching and damaging the outermost mechanical seal.

Im hinteren Bereich ist das Pumpenrad mit einem Zerkleinerungssystem ausgestattet,so dass schwebende Feststoffe die äußere Gleitringdichtung nicht erreichen undbeschädigen können.

The Anti Clogging System (ACS) assures that the fibres are broken down. In addition, special structuralparts allow increasing the water flow rate in the cooling circuit assuring efficient motor cooling in cases ofdry installation.

Durch das Sperrschutzsystem (ACS=Anti Clogging System) wird das Zerreißen der Fasern gewährleistet.Außerdem kann der Wasserdurchsatz im Kühlkreis durch besondere Vorrichtungen erhöht werden, wodurchder Motor im Falle einer Trockenaufstellung wirksam gekühlt wird.

The VULCO family is composed of motor-driven pumps with open multi-channelimpeller. The impeller and the pump body interior are coated with a thick anti-abrasive polyurethane material (Vulkollan). Ideal for transfer of ceramic glazeor slurry, or for treatment of very dense and abrasive liquids.

Die Produktfamilie VULCO besteht aus einem offenen Mehrkanalrad. DasPumpenrad und das Pumpengehäuseinnere sind mit einer dicken Schicht desabriebfesten Polyurethan-Materials (Vulkollan) versehen.
