Production of fuels and electricity from exhaust system of any vehicle by modifying the design of the exhaust gas system which is zero pollutant emission and Solid Oxide Fuel cell technology: No X and CO 2 emissions are the pollutants emitted from the vehicle. So from the exhaust gas some amount of gas is diverted to chamber which contains sub chambers in which co2 is absorbed by KOH, and the remaining gas is diverted to another chamber in which NOx can be reduced into N2 gas .The Collected N2 gas is diverted to a condenser in which it is cooled. The N2 gas from this chamber is connected to the Carburettor in which it is sprayed in to the engine with the pre combined fuel air mixture. But this process reduces the adiabatic flame temperature. Operating very lean or very rich would be very inefficient and would lead to increases in other pollutants. However, if we burn part of the fuel in a lean premix flame and the remainder in a rich flame, then combine the products of combustion from these two flames in a final burnout zone, we can achieve very low emissions and an acceptable overall excess air level. Further, CO2 from the exhaust gas can be converted into CH compounds by forcing with water at high pressure in which H2O reduces into H2 and the reduced H2 reacted with CO2 to produce CH compounds. The high temperature from gas is connected to a conductor form one side and other to the above water connected chamber wall flow of electrons will takes place in the conductor by using seebeck effect production of EMF takes place. By amplifying this EMF, we can generate electricity which is used for accessories in a vehicle. We know SOFC (Solid Oxide Fuel Cells) are operated at high temperatures make SOFC suitable for the application with heat engine recovery devices or heat and power, which further increases the overall efficiency of the
