The main goal of Vinci-Technologies is to support the research and the development of existing or new processes through the engineering, design and fabrication of technologically advanced research test units in order to help our client to bring their technologies to technical success.

Our 40 years experience concerning process scale up or scale down for many different process technologies is recognized by all of our worldwide clients. Today, more than 350 pilots plants units allow our client to investigate new process technologies, optimize existing process plants, evaluate catalysts and adsorbents.

Vinci-Technologies catalyst testing units provide reliability, reproducibility, flexibility and safety. They are particularly relevant for an extended range of catalytic reactions (heterogeneous or homogenous) occurring at conditions up to 550°C and 200 bars, both in gas or liquid phases.

They allow collecting industrially relevant and reliable data on catalyst performances, mainly: activity, selectivity to desired products, stability, response to inhibitors, response to poisons, effect of activation (reduction, sulfidation) …
