Professional Training Regulation Trainee’s Regulation
1. Dressed in disciplined costume subject to Mahasarakham University’s regulation or an acceptable uniform stipulated by the organization of training.
2. Be well-behaved, polite, and generous to the customers. 3. Be sincere and trustworthy to the colleagues. 4. Be considerate and thoughtful in performing the jobs. 5. Strictly follow the organization’s rules. 6. Be ready to work at least 25 minutes before an office hour starts, and leave for
home on time as determined by the organization. 7. Be friendly to the colleagues, the commanders, and the customers. 8. Possess a passion to learn more experiences and be open to the customer’s
complements, complaint, as well as be ready for self-improvement. 9. Possess a positive attitude toward the organization and be well-equipped with
creative thinking. 10. Be patient and keenly responsible for the assigned jobs.
Professional Training Evaluation (pass/not pass)
1. Person in charge of the professional training evaluation consists of the head of training organization and Deputy Dean of Student’s Affairs.
2. The student trainee would be disqualified and the training would be immediately terminated if the following incidents occur: 2.1 Engaged to robbery 2.2 Engaged to adultery 2.3 Encaged to drugs and gamble. 2.4 Perform improper behaviors that dishonor the students, university, and training
organization. 2.5 Perform any act against the rules of the training organization.
3. In case of committing any of the forbidden incidents as previously mentioned (Item 2), the student would be immediately canceled for the training and serve the sentence as stipulated by the faculty and university.

Document submission after the training 1. Professional Training Evaluation Form: It must completely be evaluated and
scored by the head of training department. 2. Copy of Professional Training Certificate: It must be officially issued by the training
organization (the original certificate should be kept with the student). 3. Student’s Professional Training Report: The content should include the following
sections: 3.1 Background of the training organization 3.2 Working Management of Department 3.3 Knowledge and experience personally gained from the training 3.4 Problems and solutions 3.5 Suggestion
4. The Employer’s Satisfaction Survey: It must be exclusively evaluated and scored by the head of training department.

Mahasarakham University Graduation Form Submitting
In the final semester, a student who has completed the program fulfillment and expects to graduate by the end of the semester should follow the procedure as follows.
1. Student gets the Graduation Submitting Form at Division of Registrar and Educational Evaluation and fills in the form. The form must be approved and signed by the advisor.
2. Student pay for the Graduate’s Registration Fee and transcript at Division of Registrar and Educational Evaluation Any outstanding liability must be fully paid before the graduation.
3. The Graduation Submitting Form should be submitted to Division of Registrar and Educational Evaluation within a month after the final semester begins. The student needs to fill in the Liability Clearance Form on the same day as well.
4. 2 Photos (2 inches) of the student dressed in the gown should be submitted to Division of Registrar and Educational Evaluation Student must recheck for the outstanding liability clearance including enrollment and educational fees. Any outstanding liability must be completely paid as well.
Notice: Before submitting the Graduation Submitting Form to the Division of
Registrar and Educational Evaluation, the student expecting to graduate by the end of the current semester should pay for the Graduate’s Registration fee and outstanding liability at Division of Registrar and Educational Evaluation (The receipt must be kept as an evidence of payment).
Name of the student who did not submit the Graduation Submitting Form and
pay for the Graduate’s Registration fee and the outstanding liabilities will not be submitted for the graduation approval.
In case that the student has already submitted the Graduation Submitting Form in the current semester but cannot complete the program fulfillment on time, the graduation form must be submitted in the next semester.

Tips for the students expecting to graduate 1. After enrolling all courses in the final semester, the student must recheck for the
his/her program fulfillment as determined in the curriculum framework by himself/herself or at Division of Registrar and Educational Evaluation
2. The student expecting to graduate in the current semester needs to completely pay all the outstanding liabilities.
3. The student must check for personal information, spelling of name and last name. If any information is found incorrect, it should be immediately informed to Division of Registrar and Educational Evaluation
4. The student should recheck the name list of the graduated student at an Academic Office of the faculty or Division of Registrar and Educational Evaluation
5. The student expecting to graduate must submit the request forms for transcript (complete transcript) in Thai and English and graduation certificate. The student needs to pay for the fees and keep the receipt as an evidence for the next request after graduating.

Description
This survey aims to investigate the employers’ satisfaction toward the overall performance of the student trainee in order to indicate that the student trainee is well-qualified person with appropriate characteristics, knowledgeable, and capable to perform an practical work. Besides, the survey would examine the useful suggestions and advices from the employers as guidance to develop the suitable curriculum to contribute the well-qualified graduate student to serve the needs of labor market and community.
