Our corporate office is based in Dubai, and our build production facilities are strategically and conveniently located in an important area of the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, U.A.E. We offer 135,000 square meters of ground space, 200 meters of dedicated deep water construction jetty, reinforced with over 4000 tons of capacity, and water depth of 7.0 meters at CD. This makes us unique in the Middle East region as we construct and ship the product seamlessly and directly offshore.

OFFSHORE & ONSHORE CONSTRUCTION

DRAGON OFFSHORE’s EPCI expertise has allowed for expansion from jackup

drilling rigs to successfully undertaking a broad scope construction projects for the offshore oil and gas industry.

We have executed offshore fixed structures (topside platforms, control buildings and process modules). Our scope includes refurbishment, fabrication of fixed structures like topside living quarters, control buildings, and process modules. We have also completed refurbishment and new-build fabrication of high and low pressure separation modules, fiscal metering skids, water injection modules, control rooms, flare knock-out units, power generation units, and mooring systems for FPSOs, including mag and suction anchors, calm buoys, plems, piles and buoyancy tanks. We have completed the construction and delivery of process barges.

At this time, DRAGON OFFSHORE has limited experience completing project in the onshore construction market. Our long term goal is to utilize our exceptional offshore construction experience and further develop talent to address the onshore construction market.
