Fee covers instruction, reference manual, refreshment breaks, and lunch, each day. Please register early.

The TBA office must receive early registrations by close of business on March 27. Day-of-program registrations include an additional $50 late registration fee – no exceptions! No written confirmation of seminar registration will be sent from the TBA. Participation in TBA programs is limited to members, associate members, and nonmembers from an eligible membership category at applicable member or nonmember rates.

PresenterCraig Holland’s banking career spans more than 35 years. Holland teaches at The Southeastern School of Consumer Lending for the Tennessee Bankers Association and previously served as member of the TBA board

of trustees for the same school.He received his B.S. degree in finance from Western Kentucky University, an Associate of Arts in banking and minored in military science from Western Kentucky University.He is a graduate of the Kentucky School of Banking at the University of Kentucky and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.Holland currently serves First Farmers and Merchants Bank as the senior operations officer. He is responsible for the bank’s loan operation department for retail and commercial lending, deposit operations, credit administration, personnel department, training department, and the risk management area.

Continuing Education CreditAttendees qualify for 6.5 hours each day of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit in the area of Specialized Knowledge.
