Background Training and organisational change are mutually related.The CEOs and rightfully so, want outcome of the training to be tangible, in that they support and facilitate the organisations strategic aims.

Further, with the pandemic resulting in new ways of working where everyone can work from everywhere and remotely, the challenge is even bigger to address.

How can we design and deliver stimulating and effective training programmes virtually, where trainers create a learning climate and use the most appropriate facilitation styles to have transformational effects on the trainees, enable the blossoming of their potential and make them role ready to contribute more meaningfully to organisations,upskill employees to create a future-ready workforce?

changing training technology, using the principles of

Outcome

MethodologyThe workshop will be online. The programme methodology consists of lecture, discussions, exercises, case studies and assignments. It will be a mix of facilitator led courses which will have in-house and practical activities along with self-learning sessions.

NIESBUD

The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development is a premier organization of the Ministry of skill and EntreprenuershipDevelopment, engaged in training, consultancy, research, etc. In order to promote entrepreneurship and skill development.
