Blade Shrouds• The new design of ProMet II blade shrouds has been optimized based on use in excavators
or loaders to offer up to 30% more wear material as compared to the equivalent model of our competitors.
• Reduces the exposure of the blade to impacts and abrasions, increasing the useful life of the bucket.
• With the new ProMet II blade shrouds, the front of the shroud contains between 10% and 20% more steel.
• The locking system only requires welding a base for each shroud, making installation easy and quick while reducing machine downtimes.

New wing shrouds for Heavy MiningThe new wing shrouds feature an extremely robust design which is ideal for heavy duty applications and especially resistant in very abrasive soils. With the new MTGtwist hammerless locking system, optimal locking is ensured on the most aggressive of applications while providing the highest possible operator safety.The new wing shrouds are available for 60 and 90mm bucket wings. MTG will be extending the range of lateral protectors, with new references for 60mm, 65mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm and 120mm bucket wings.

HAMMERLESS GENERATION
A wide range of teeth, tooth adapters and mechanical shrouds for construction which extend wear life and bucket productivity thanks to the MTGtwist hammerless locking system. The hammerless locking solution offers to MTG Systems for construction excellent retention properties. It offers:
• Safety when assembling and disassembling: it prevents accidents, no hammer is required in both operations.• Comfort in the assembly and disassembly: it requires less effort and makes it possible to work in a reduced space.• Costs reduction in assembly and disassembly: times are reduced and only one operator is needed.• Reliability: prevents losing the pin, offering excellent retention.• Robustness and durability: more solid design with no section breaks which allows for the use of a robust and more
resistant pin.• Reusable: the pin is not damaged during disassembly and it can therefore be reused several times.

• Up to 4 times more resistance than the MTG LS /LA shrouds. Robust and stable with wear material ratio over 70%.
• With increased contact surface that reduces plastic deformation to the sides of the bucket. (see fig. 1)
• They are reversible, allowing for changing their position, thus increasing wear life.

Innovative hammerless system for bucket protection.
The new ProMet II shrouds improve the previous models by having one single upper base instead of two, allowing the allocation of more wear material in the front part of the shroud and thus increasing its wear life, improving penetration, extending the bucket life and reducing machine downtimes.
