1. Build strong relationships and friendships with business; Networking abilities.

2. Develop valuable opportunties for collaboration.

3. Strengthen Research dramatically – R&D, M&E.

4. Grow Voice and Visibility (Marketing, Advocacy).

5. Internal Organization including Leadership, Governance, Skills development,

Succession Planning, Well defined KPA’s, Rolling Budget/Sustainability Report.

6. Have strong short, medium and long term strategy which is actionable.

7. Finally Risk Management needs to be integrated in the entire process,

in odrer to identify problems well in advance of the process.
