SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON ICrIDCP CONCERNS FOR THE 4 QUARTER OF 2013

TO

ALL SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENTS

1. The Department of Education-Central Office (DepEd-CO), through the Information and Communications

Technology Service (ICTS) will conduct a Seminar-Workshop on ICT/DO' concerns for the 41h Quarter of

2018 with ALL Regional and Division Information Technology Officers (ITOs) on 26 to 29 November 2018

at The Grand Tower Suites, UK Building, Iloilo City Proper, Iloilo City, with operational program and list of

targeted participants attached. Board and lodging will be at The Grand Xing Imperial Hotel. ALL ITOs are

required to attend the said event.

2. ICTS will cover the management of the event (including function room, food, materials, board and lodging)

for the attendees while travel and incidental expenses will be charged against local funds, both will be

subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

3. All DlTOs are required to bring all Annex B forms (in relation to the project of DepEd with The Nielsen

Company (Philippines), Inc.) that can be collected from schools to be used for future planning actMtes.

4. Earliest registration or check in to the hotel will be on November 26, 2018 at the Grand Xing Imperial

Hotel. First meal to be served is afternoon snacks on November 26 and the last meal will be lunch of

November 29, 2018.
