Description and applications

ThedigitalpyrometersPYROSPOTDPE10Marespeciallydesig-nedforindustryandresearchapplications.Thedevicesaresuita-blefortemperaturemeasurementfrom20°Conmanydifferentsurfacesforexamplemetals,ceramicsorgraphite.

Thesolidconstructioninformofacompacthousingallowsusageevenunderroughenvironmentalconditions.Withashortrespon-setimeofonly1.5ms(t95)thesepyrometersarealsosuitableforfastmeasuringprocesses.Thevarioopticsrealisemeasuringfielddiametersfrom1.0mm.

TheintegratedLEDorlaseraiminglightorthealternativethrough-lenssightingenablestofocusthemeasuringobjectexactly.

Theemissivityisalsoadjustableviapush-buttonsanddisplaydirectlyonthedevice.Allparameterscanbeeasilyadjustedtotheapplicationbyusingtheconvenientparameterizingandevaluati-onsoftwarePYROSOFTSpot.

Thetemperaturelinearstandardoutputsignalof0/4to20mAallowseasyimplementationinexistingmeasurementandcontrollsystems.ThedeviceisequippedwithagalvanicallyisolatedRS-485interfacewhichallowsparameterisingandsoftwareevaluationeveninbussystems.
