This article also implies that teenagers don’t have a lot of money.

The front cover and contents page pictures of ‘HypnoBeat’ present teenagers who are into pop music as more middle class as they are wearing casual yet quite expensive looking. It also follows the stereotype that teenagers wear hoodies.

The photographs I took of ‘Jessie_P’ for the cover, contents and double page spread portray RnB music as a more wealthy lifestyle, laid back lifestyle because the photos are professional yet laid back and the female model is wearing expensive looking clothes and sunglasses.

I also used the male gaze theory on these images to an extent which could represent an interest in sexuality in teenagers

One of the pictures I took for the contents page was taken at night. This represents that teenagers like nightlife. Both these images also show energy portraying that teenagers are energetic and adventurous. This is backed up by the article called ‘student night out’.
