QUOTATION CALL NOTICESealed quotations are hereby invited from the eligible intending Manufacturers / Companies / Authorised Dealers / Suppliers for supply of the following disinfectants and insecticides for the year 2018-19 for Belpahar Municipality so as to reach this offi ce through Registered Post / Speed Post or in person on or before dt.28.12.2018 upto 11.00 AM in the specifi ed tender box and the same will be opened on 28.12.2018 at 4.00 PM in the presence of the Municipal Authority and the quotationers or their authorized representatives. The quotations should be accompanied with attested true copies of valid GST registration certifi cate, ITCC/PAN card, TIN registration / license / dealership certifi cate, authorisation certifi cate of product, chemical license / D.I.C. registration failing which the quotation are liable for outright rejection. The quotationer will have to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only in shape of Cash / Demand Draft / Bankers cheque payable at Belpahar in favour of Executive Offi cer, Belpahar Municipality. The guarantee and service period, brand, make shall be clearly mentioned in the quotation. The rate should be inclusive of all taxes of the materials intended to supply, loading, unloading and destination of delivery is at Municipality Offi ce, Belpahar.

The rate quoted should be valid for one year from the date of issue of supply order and supply order will be issued from time to time as per requirement to the successful quotationer.

The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.

5. SC/ST contractors should submit attested Xerox copy of Caste certifi cate and an undertaking in shape of affi davit that he has not availed the concession more than three times in the current fi nancial year and he should produce the original caste certifi cate and original license for verifi cation at the time of opening of tender paper.

6. The EMD to be deposited should be duly pledged in favour of the Block Development Offi cer, Khajuripada in shape of NSC/KVP/POTD or in shape of Bank Draft / Banker Cheque pledged in favour of the Block Development Offi cer, Khajuripada payable at Khajuripada along with the tender documents.

7. Engineer contractors seeking exemption of EMD should produce the Original contract license before the tender opening authority for verifi cation and he should submit an affi davit to the eff ect that he has not been awarded with more than three works without EMD in the current fi nancial year.

8. Transfer or adjustment of EMD / Diff erential amount / Initial Security Deposit (ISD) will not be entertained.9. Additional performance security shall be deposited by the successful bidder when the bid amount is seriously unbalanced

i.e. less than the tendered amount by more than 10%. In such an event the successful bidder will deposit the additional performance security to the extent of the diff erential cost of the bid amount and 90% of the tender amount in shape of Bank Draft / Banker Cheque drawn in favour of the Block Development Offi cer, Khajuripada payable at Khajuripada at the time of agreement.
