Raphael David, MD is a practicing Pediatric Endocrinologist in New York, NY. Dr. David graduated from University de Lausanne in 1952 and has been in practice for 64 years. He completed a residency at Johns Hopkins Health System. Dr. David also specializes in Pediatrics. Utens works as associate professor in the department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry/Psychology at the Erasmus University Medical Centre-Sophia Children’s Hospital, Rotterdam the Netherlands, where she also fulfils the role of research coordinator for Paediatric Psychology. In addition since 2016 she works as professor by special appointment of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Children and Adolescents, at the University of Amsterdam, department of Child Development and Education, the Bascule Academic Centre for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the AMC-VUmc-Bascule Academic Workplace for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
As a registered dietitian, board certified specialist in pediatric nutrition, and certified lactation counselor, Nicole has worked with hundreds of children and families with chronic medical conditions,
food allergies, picky eating, oral-motor and sensory processing disorders, infant nutrition, breastfeeding, gastrointestinal conditions, prematurity, underweight and obesity.
Nicole also served as Pediatric Nutrition Expert for Beech-Nut baby foods. Prior to her current roles she was a clinical nutritionist at the Morgan Stanley
Children’s Hospital at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia and at NYU Langone/Fink Children’s Ambulatory Care Center.
Francesca Rusalen has her expertise in paediatric pallitive care and pain management in children. She is involved in the creation of care dedicated pathways for newborns and chiildren with life-limiting
and life-threatening diseases She works and researchs for the Italian University Hospital in Padua and collaborates in the Paediatric Task Force of the European Association of
Palliative Care (EAPC).
