DISTRICT READ-A-THONNARRATIVE REPORT

September 13, 2013

In line with the thrust of promoting the love for reading and in sport of the

Department of Education’s “Every Child A Reader Program”, the Division of

Oriental Mindoro conducted the 2013 Division Read-A-Thon contest for

Elementary Level (English) at Juan Morente Sr. Memorial Pilot School

Gymnasium on September 13, 2013. The contest was participated by both the

public and private elementary school pupils.

After the competition, we were able to determine the team readers among

the elementary pupils in the division as shown in the results recorded as follows.
