DeskMakers,Inc.furnitureiswarrantedagainstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipgivennormalusageandcareforaslongtheoriginalpurchaserownsit.

DeskMakerswillrepairorreplaceatitsoption,andatitsowncost,anyproductthatdevelopsadefectduringthewarrantyperiod.Insomecases,DeskMakersmayelecttorefundthecustomer’soriginalpurchaseprice(lessreasonabledepreciation)inlieuofrepairorreplacement.Repair,replacement,orrefundisthepurchaser’ssoleremedy,thechoiceofwhichrestssolelywithDeskMakers.DeskMakersshallnotbeliableforanyincidentalorconsequentialdamagesincludinglostprofitsandlossofuse of product.

Limitations:

• Thewarrantyforwoodguestchairframesshallbelimitedto10years. • ThewarrantyforPVCedges,woodveneeredges,HPLedges,mechanicalpartssuchasballbearingslides, doorhinges,floorglides,fabric(exceptforCOMfabrics),seatingfoam,andwoodveneersurfacesshallbelimitedtofive(5)years. • Thewarrantyfortrainingtablesshallbelimitedtothree(3)years. • Thewarrantyforengineered-to-order“custom”productsshallbelimitedtothree(3)years. • Thewarrantyforheightadjustablebasesshallbelimitedtotwo(2)yearsonelectricalcomponents,five(5) yearsonmechanicalcomponentsandten(10)yearsonstructuralcomponents. • Thiswarrantydoesnotcover: o Normalwearandtear. o Thecolorfastnessofanylaminate,wood,orfabric,assuchcolorscanfadeordarkenwithnormaluseandasaresultofexposuretolight. o Customer’sOwnMaterials(COM). o Damagecausedbyplacinganythingotherthanhangingfilesinfiledrawers. o Rental furniture. o Labor and service.

Normal Usage:

Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytodamagesorfailuresresultingfrommisuse,abuse,negligence,orimpropercare.Forcasegoods,tables,anddesking,normalusageislimitedto40hoursperweek.Forseating,normalusageislimitedto40hoursperweekbyindividuals of 250 lbs. or less.
