DIVISION TRAINING OF TRAINERS ON THE RPMS MANUAL FOR TEACHERS AND SCHOOL HEADSIN THE ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY LEVELS
To: Assistant Schools Division SuperintendentsDivision ChiefsPublic Schools District SupervisorsElementary and Secondary School Heads
1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 62, s. 2018, DepEd SDO Bulacan shall conduct the DivisionTraining of Trainers on the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual forTeachers and School Heads in the Elementary and Secondary Levels on June 8-9,2018 (Friday andSaturday) at Jesus Is Lord Colleges Foundation, Inc., Bunlo, Bocaue, Bulacan.
2. The activity aims to:a. provide the participants with clear understanding of the Philippine Professional Standards forTeachers (PPST) and the RPMS Manual for Teachers and School Heads;
b. equip them with skills in the accomplishment of the revised OPCRFIIPCRF; use of RPMS Tools,as well as preparation and assessment of teachers portfolio; and
c. develop among them a systematic filing of teacher's accomplishments and performance.
3. The participants include the following:Elementary - Each district shall send:Principal - 3Master Teacher - 4Teacher 111- 4TOTAL-11
Secondary - Each junior hs shall send:Principal - 1Head Teacher - 1*Master Teacher - 1Teacher 111- 1TOTAL-4
4. A registration fee of eight hundred pesos (Php 800.00) shall be collected from each participant tocover meals and snacks, training supplies and other expenses. The amount shall be charged toschool MOOE while transportation expenses shall be taken from canteen funds both are subject tothe usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. All district supervisors and junior high school heads are required to submit in advance the soft copyof the list of their respective participants using the attached form (Enclosure No. 2) to Gerald DC.Villafuerte of CID Office via email ([email protected]) on or before June 4, 2018(Monday) to facilitate inventory and confirmation of participants.
6. All teacher-participants shall be given one-day service credit covering June 9,2018 (Saturday) only.
7. Enclosure No. 1 contains the Training Matrix and the members of the work committee.
