Logistics

• REGISTER – everyone who comes on site to walk / visit / participate – must be registered

• Parking: RV – Survivor – Team– Shuttling– Permits / Street Parking / Responsibility

• Set Up / Tear Down – AFTER Closing Ceremonies• Your Personal Tent Site

– No staking– No Open Flame – this includes Grilles – 20 x 20 space– Electricity / Water sources – No access to Thurstons– Rules in your tent

• ATM / Cash• Golf Cart / Gators / Wheels• Q & A

10:15p• It’s your responsibility to get you Luminaria

• Bid numbers available at Tent when Auction begins at 2pm

• Must be 18 years old to bid• Pay attention to exp. dates, deadlines and

discounts.• Bidding ends when table sections close
