conditions: 1. Strictly no smoking indoors, except in the patio or on the roof terrace.2. Any costs incurred in the replacement of any accidental breakages will be billed to guests locally.3. If your booking is made more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, a deposit of 50% of the rental fee is payable to secure your booking. The Balance is then due no later than 4 weeks of arrival.4. Riad 109 belongs to a registered Moroccan company and payment can be made trhough bank transfer. 5. Check in: 4pm - check out: 12 pm. On occasions this can be flexible depending on your arrival flight and departure times.

cancellation policy:A full refund is provided for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. A cancellation penalty of 50% will be charged for cancellations between 30 days and 14 days prior the arrival. For cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the stay will be charged.
