Training and Orientation
• Employee will be taught how to use everything. They will also be told where everything is.
• They will then go through a “Mentorship Program”
• Employees will be given a map of the school
Dismissals And Departures
• Employees that leave will have to take an exit interview
• Dismissals will have a “3 warnings system”• First warning verbal• Second warning written• Third warning fired
