A Safe Environment Core & Recertification Class is being offered Wednesday, July 12th

@ 6pm in Room 105 of Sacred Heart School. This class is for those ages 14-adult who wish to volunteer in any capacity in the Church or School or who already volunteer and whose certification has expired or will expire soon. Congratulations

Congratulations to Gloria Scott, Director of Religious Education for Sacred Heart Parish for being recognized at the Annual Parish Catechetical Leader Appreciation Dinner on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 for 28 years of Service as a Catechist/DRE in the Diocese of Corpus Christi. Scott along with many others throughout the diocese were presented with certificates of appreciation and some, including Scott received an 8x10 icon of “Christ the Teacher” for 25 or more years of service. Bishop Mulvey addressed the pastors and catechists with a special message of teaching catechesis from the heart.
