Dragi prijatelji,kao odgovorna urednica publikacija Delta Inženjeringa,

u koje se ubrajaju Godišnjak i News, imam čast i privilegiju da vam predstavim specijalno izdanje našeg Godišnjaka za 2009. godinu, čijim izlaskom istovremeno obeležavamo i 20 godina uspešnog poslovanja.

Dozvolite mi da podelim sa vama zadovoljstvo podsećanja na lepe trenutke iz protekle dve decenije.

Za firmu koja je pokrenula samostalno poslovanje početkom 1990. godine prva decenija bila je uslovljena teškim ekonomsko-političkim prilikama i predstavljala je veliki profesionalni izazov. Izazov je bio razlog za prvi korak, a svi ostali koraci su napravljeni zahvaljujući entuzijazmu i stvaralačkoj energiji uz mnogo mudrosti i znanja.

Poslovi i Investitori su se nizali, uz njih smo sazrevalili i rasli, sticali prijatelje, postali home engineering kompanija za mnoge velike investitorske kuće, što nam je bila viza da pređemo i naše i državne granice i zakoračimo u svet.

Uspehe smo postizali kroz male i velike ugovore i uspeli da osvojimo i zadržimo jednu od najboljih pozicija u oblasti industrijskog inženjeringa.

Dvadeset godina je dovoljno dug period za ovo što smo postigli, ali kratak za sve što još nameravamo. Iako smo prepoznatljivi po svom iskustvu, znanju naših zaposlenih i mogućnostima koje nudimo, ostajemo u obavezi da budemo još mnogo bolji i kvalitetniji.

Zadovoljstvo podsećanja na sve ove lepe godine nije potpuno bez naših prijatelja i poslovnih saradnika Dušana Šparavala, Dragana Popare i Miloša Sekulića. Sigurni smo da bi oni, da su još uvak sa nama, bili jednako srećni i ponosni na naš jubilej jer su ga gradili sa nama.

Dear Friends,As the responsible editor of the Delta Inženjering publi-cations including Godišnjak and News, I have the honour and privilege to present to you a special edition of our Al-manac 2009, the publishing of which also marks 20 years of our successful business activity.

Please allow me to share the pleasure with you reminiscing the fine moments of the past two decades.

For a company which started its independent business at the beginning of 1990, the first decade was conditioned by difficult economic-political circumstances and presented a great professional challenge. The challenge was the reason for the first step, and further steps were made thanks to the enthusiasm and creative energy coupled with prudence and knowledge.

Businesses and investors came one after the other, and with them we became more mature and grew larger, acquiring friends, becoming a home engineering company for many large investing companies, which enabled us to cross both ours and the country’s borders and enter the wide world.

Our successes were made through small and large contracts and we managed to conquer and retain one of the best positions in the field of industrial engineering.

Twenty years is a sufficiently long period for what we have achieved, yet short for what we still intend to do. Although identified by our experience, knowledge of our employees and the opportunities we are offering, we feel it our obligation to be still much better and provide a higher quality.

The satisfaction of reminding us of all these pleasant years is not complete without our friends and business associates Duran Šparavalo, Dragan Popara and Miloš Sekulić. We are quite certain that they, if they were still with us, would be equally happy and proud of our jubilee because they contributed to it just as much.

PRVIH DESET GODINA

Prvi ugovor, kojim je nova firma Delta Inženjering zakoračila u poslovne vode se odnosio na projekat de-tekcije smeša opasnih i toksičnih gasova sa vazduhom u Centralnom postrojenju za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda grada Kragujevca. Odmah potom smo slične projekte uradili i za desetak pogona MKS Smederevo (sada US Steel) kao i za veći broj punionica TNG(tečnog naftnog gasa) NIS N. Sad.

Projektovanje u oblasti gasne tehnike nas je tada definitivno obeležilo i dugo bilo naša primarna delatnost i ostala naša specijalnost.

Mnogobrojne instalacije prirodnog gasa prema našim projektima su i izvedene u IMT N. Beograd, Ikarbus Zemun, Brodogradilište Beograd i Zmaj Zemun, pa su usledili veći projekti za naftnu industriju Krajine i FRA Čačak, a zatim za Bijeljinu, Jagodinu, NIS Promet gasa N. Sad, Eurogas, Ekspres gas i mnoge druge.

Čak je i ideja za osnivanje Kontrolne organizacije začeta u toku mnogobrojnih pregleda i ispitivanja re-zervoara TNG od 5 do 1000m3 tokom narednih godina u Srbiji, Republici Srpskoj i na Kosovu.

Da nismo postali i ostali firma koja se bavi samo gasarstvom dokazivali smo mnogobrojnim projektima za investitore kao što su rudnik bakra Majdanpek, MKS Smederevo (idejni projekti postrojenja za korišćenje otpadne toplote), fabrika „Bela stena“ iz Boljevca na Ibru (postrojenja za dobijanje magnezijuma iz livničke šljake), a povremeno smo se otiskivali i u vode poljoprivrednog inženjerstva projektujući Genetski centar za koze Aradac, živinarsku farmu V. Šiljegovac itd.

FIRST TEN YEARS

The First Contract, with which the new company Delta Inženjering entered the business streams, referred to the project of detecting mixtures of hazardous and toxic gases with air in the Central waste water treatment plant in the city of Kragujevac. Soon after, we developed similar projects for about ten plants of MKS Smederevo (now US Steel), as well as for a larger number of gas filling stations TNG (liquified petroleum gas) NIS N. Sad.

Designing in gas engineering has definitively marked us then, having long been our primary activity and remained our specialty.

Numerous installations of natural gas, according to our designs have been implemented at IMT N. Belgrade, Ikarbus Zemun, Shipyard Belgrade and Zmaj Zemun followed by larger projects for Krajina oil industry and FRA Čačak then for Bijeljina, Jagodina, Nis Promet of gas, N. Sad. , Eurogas, Ekspres Gas and many others.

Even the idea of setting up an Inspection Authority has been conceived in the course of numerous tests and examinations of the TNG tanks with the capacity of 5 to 1000m³, anticipating to be operative in the coming years in Serbia, Serbian Republic and in Kosovo.

That we have not become and remained a company handling only gas business we have proved by numerous projects for investors, as for instance, the copper mine Majdanpek, MKS Smederevo (conceptual designs of the waste heat utilization plants), ‘’Bela Stena’’ factory in Boljevac on the River Ibar (plants for obtaining megnesium from foundry slag), and from time to time we delved into the waters of agricultural engineering by designing the Genetic Center for Aradac goats, the Poultry farm “V. Šiljegovac”, etc.

Izgradnja fabrike DELTA sladoleda u Staroj Pazovi 1997-1998 predstavlja prekretnicu u razvoju Delta Inženjeringa. Projektantskim tim Delta Inženjeringa od dvadesetak ljudi uspeo je da razradi ideju grčkog inve-stitora i realizuje idejne i glavne projekte tog komple-ksnog postrojenja, a posle toga da te pogone i izgradi.

Od zapuštehih prostora bivšeg auto servisa napravljena je savremena fabrika za proizvodnju i skladištenje sladoleda, danas u vlasništvu kompanije NESTLÉ.

Neophodnost koordinirane organizacije posla u pro-jektnom birou i na gradilištu, koja je rezultirala uspešnim završetkom posla, pokazala je da smo dovoljno porasli da ugovaramo poslove po sistemu ključ u ruke.

Ovaj objekat je otvorio vrata poslovima koji su usledili.

The construction of DELTA ice cream factory in Stara Pazova in 1997-1998 represents the turning point in development of Delta Inženjering. Designers’ team DI numbering some 20 people managed to elaborate the idea of the Greek investor and implement conceptual and final designs of such a complex facility, and at the end to build the relevant facilities.

The neglected former car service was turned into a modern factory for the production and storage of ice cream, today owned by NESTLÉ Company. The necessity for a coordinated organization of work in the design bureau and on the site, which resulted in a successful completion of the project, showed that we have sufficiently developed to contract business on the turn-key basis.

This facility opened the door to projects that followed.

Uporedo sa dugogodišnjim prisustvom u fabrici Henkel Merima u Kruševcu, gde smo učestvovali projektantski i izvođački u nizu izgradnji i adaptacija postojećih kapaci-teta, pojavili smo se 2006. u novoj ulozi generalnog pro-jektanta i izvođača radova na realizaciji nove Henkelove fabrike građevinskih adheziva u Inđiji i označili istovre-meno i početak izgradnje ove industrijske zone.

Fabrika je izgrađena za nepunih osam meseci na površini od 6.000 m2, sa laskavom titulom, dobijenom od investitora, najbrže izgrađene fabrike ovog tipa u svetu. Kompletna čelična konstrukcija izrađena je u fabrici Čelik Žitorađe, a konstrukciju je montirao Alfamont; obe firme su članice grupacije Delta Inženjering Group.

U 2008. izvršeno je i proširenje kapaciteta fabrike projektovanjem i izvođenjem postrojenja za proizvodnju tečnih proizvoda „WET production”.

Dugogodišnja saradnja Henkela i Delta Inženjeringa nastavljena je i na projektu Top filtera u Kruševačkom pogonu.Kompanija Delta Inženjering je imala ulogu generalnog izvođača radova dok je filter izrađen u našim pogonima po podlogama isporučioca filtera nemačke firme Mikropul.

Parallel to our long time presence at Henkel Merima in Kruševac, where we participated with designing and contracting on building new and upgrading the existing capacities, in the year 2006 we acted as general consul-tant and contractor on the construction of the new Henkel adhesives factory in Indjija, which has marked at the same time the beginning of development of this industrial zone.

It took less than eight months to build the whole facility covering the area of 6000 sqm, the job given a flattering title by the Client as the world fastest built factory of this type. The entire steel structure was produced by the steel producer Čelik Žitoradje, while the erection of steel structures was performed by Alfamont, both member companies of Delta inženjering Group.

In the course of 2008, we conducted the expansion of capacities of the said plant by designing and performing wet-product facilities “Wet production”.

A long-time cooperation between Henkel and Delta Inženjering continued on the project Top Filter in the Kruševac plant. Delta Inženjering acted as the general contractor of work, and the filter itself was manufactured in our plants according to supplier’s design data, the German company Mikropul.

Godine 2003. u vreme kada su strane investicije bile tek u začetku, poznati grčki proizvođač aluminijumskih profila Alumil – Milonas S.A. odabrao je Delta Inženjering za partnera u Srbiji.

Ugovoreni posao je označio našu kompaniju kao gener-alnog projektanta prve, od dve, fabrike Alumil YU Industry u industrijskoj zoni u Novoj Pazovi, površine preko 10.000m2. Ubrzo po završetku glavnih projekata postali smo i generalni izvođač radova na izgradnji fabrike.

Uporedo sa izgradnjom kompleksa za proizvodnju aluminijumskih profila Alumil YU Industry završavali smo projekte za drugu fabriku za obradu i bojenje profila Alumil Coating Srb površine preko 7.000m2 na susednoj parceli. Novu proizvodnu halu smo izgradili odmah nakon prve, omogućivši investitoru da, puštanjem u pogon obe fabrike, zaokruži proces proizvodnje i obrade.

In 2003, when foreign investments were at the initial stage, the renowned Greek manufacturer of aluminium profiles Alumil – Milonas S.A. chose Delta Inženjering for its partner in Serbia.

The contract award marked our company as a general consultant of the first, out of two, factories Alumil YU Industry in the industrial zone in Nova Pazova, total area over 10000 sqm. Soon after the completion of final designs, we became the general contractor for the work performance on the project.

Parallel with the construction of aluminium profile complex Alumil YU Industry, we were finalizing designs for the second facility, intended for treatment and coating of profiles Alumil Coating Srb, covering the area of 7000 sqm at the adjacent site. The new production hall was built immediately after the first one, so by putting into operation these two plants, the production and treatment process was enclosed by the Client.

U okviru niza aktivnosti sa ciljem modernizacije i po-većanja kapaciteta postrojenja za proizvodnju cementa učestvovali smo u velikom broju projekata za potrebe kompanije Holcim.

Pri tome smo bili u obavezi da nađemo rešenje proble-ma zagađenog vazduha, u cilju zaštite životne sredine, kroz projektovanje i izvođenje sistema za otprašivanje i filtriranje vazduha pre njegovog ispuštanja u atmosferu. Stručnjaci Delta Inženjeringa svoje iskustvo u borbi sa ovim problemom uspešno primenjuju već godinama na mnogobrojnim postrojenjima u okviru cementare.Obuhvaćeni su mlin sirovina, mlinovi cementa, postro-jenja za pakovanje cementa, postrojenja za sagorevanje sekundarnih sirovina, postrojenje za sušenje pepela, doziranje pepela i praha.

Projektantski tim Delta Inženjernga je uradio veliki broj projekata, a za montažu čelične konstrukcije bio je odgovoran tim Alfa Mont, jedna od članica grupacije Delta Inženjering Group.O veličini ovih poslova, a to su zgrada aditiva ,transportni mostovi klinkera, pretovarna kula, rekonstrukcija zgrade aditiva,dovoljno govori podatak da je ukupno izvedeno i montirano oko 1200t čelika.

Drugi, važan aspekt zaštite životne sredine jeste zaštita voda.U proteklom periodu izgradili smo dva postrojenja za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda u okviru cementare Hol-cim:• postrojenje za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda sa ispu-

stom prečišćenog efluenta u potok Toplik sa kapacite tom 4l/sec• postrojenje za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda sa ispu-

stom u reku Crnicu kapaciteta 20l/secPrvo postrojenje je u eksploataciji dve godine, dok je

drugo pušteno u rad u novembru 2008. Na oba postro-jenja prečišćavaju se zbirne otpadne vode (zagađene atmosferske i sanitarnofekalne otpadne vode).

Within numerous activities aimed at carrying out modernization and reconstruction of cement plants, we have participated on a great number of projects for the requirements of Holcim cement plant.

In view of that, our obligation was to find solution for the issue of polluted air to comply with environmental control, through designing and implementing dedusting and filtering of air prior to being released to atmosphere. For many years, experts of Delta Inženjering have been implementing their experience in fighting this problem successfully on a number of plants within the cement factory.

They covered in their work the raw mill, cement mills, cement packing plants, secondary raw material burning plants, ash drying plant, ash and powder feed plant.

Many designs required for these projects were developed by the team of Delta Inženjering design engi-neers, and the erection of steel structures was undertak-en by Alfa Mont, a member company of Delta Inženjering Group.

The extent of these projects which include the additive building, clinker conveyer bridges, transshipment tower and the rehabilitation of the additive building can be demonstrated by the fact that as much as 1200t of steel was constructed and erected.

The second, important aspect of environmental con-trol, is water protection. In the recent years, we have built two waste water treatment plants within Holcim cement factory:• waste water treatment plant with the discharge of

treated effluent into the Toplik stream, capacity 4l/sec • waste water treatment plant with the discharge into

the Crnica river, capacity 20l/sec The first plant has been in operation for 2 years, while

the second plant was put into operation in November 2008. Collective waste water is treated at both plants (polluted atmospheric and sanitary-discharge water).

Za Linde carbo dioxid u Bečeju smo u toku 2003. uradili idejne i glavne projekte velikog distributivnog centra gasova sa punionicom .Ovaj veliki svetski proizvođač i distributer gasova je ostao naš partner i u domenu kontro-lisanja sudova pod pritiskom-rezervoara.

Delta Inženjering je za potrebe velike italijanske gru-pacije Sol group uradio kompletnu projektno-tehničku dokumentaciju i bio je glavni izvođač radova u Distribu-tivnom centru gasova u Novoj Pazovi, gde se vrši punjenje, skladištenje i distribucija boca sa tehničkim gasovima.

As requested by Linde carbon-dioxide in Bečej, we developed in 2003 the conceptual and final designs of the large distributive center of gases with a filler station. This renowned world producer and distributor of gases has remained our partner in doing the inspection of pressure vessels – tanks.

For the requirements of the Italian group Sol Group, Delta Inženjering developed the complete design and technical documentation and acted as the main contrac-tor of works in the Distributive Gas Center – Nova Pazova, where filling, storage and distribution of technical gas bottles is performed.

Sa površinom od 1800m2 regalno-skladišnog prostora i oko 1600m2 administrativno-upravnog i servisnog obje-kta distributivno servisnog centra švedskog proizvođača alata Husqvarna u Staroj Pazovi predstavlja ekonomično i funkcionalno rešen objekat ovog tipa. Tim Delta Inženjeringa je u realizaciji ovog posla imao trostruku ulogu: upravljanja projektom, projektovanja i generalnog izvođača radova. Koristeći prednosti koje ovakva uloga daje uspešno je realizovan objekat u roku od 8 meseci.

With the area of 1800 sqm of shelving and storage space, and about 1600 sqm of office and service, the facility of the distributive-service center of the Sweedish tool producer Husvarna in Stara Pazova represents an economically and functionally designed building struc-ture. In the implementation of this project, the team of Delta Inženjering was entrusted a tripple role: project manager, project designer and general contractor. Taking advantage of such role, the project was success-fully completed within 8 months.

Za potrebe U. S. Steel Serbia u Smederevu, urađeni su glavni i izvođački projekti postrojenja za sekundarno otprašivanje Konvertorskog i Mikserskog odeljenja čeličane.

U ova dva odeljenja odvijaju se tehnološki procesi proizvodnje čelika pri kojima se emituje znatna količina prašine i produkata sagorevanja, koje je potrebno na odgovarajući način prikupiti a zatim filtriranjem izdvojiti iz vazduha.

Sistem sekundarnog otprašivanja, čije je izvođenje u toku, treba da zadrži više od 95% dimnih gasova koji se oslobađaju tokom proizvodnje, tako da smederevska čeličana postaje deo ekološki prihvatljivog procesa proi-zvodnje čelika.

For the requirements of U. S. Steel Serbia in Smederevo, Delta Inženjering elaborated final and man-agement designs for the secondary air-dedusting plant at the Converter and Mixer departments of the steel mill.

The technological processes of steel production take place in these two departments whereby a considerable amount of dust and combustion products are emitted, which need to be collected in an adequate manner and removed from air by filtering.

The system of secondary air-dedusting, which is now in progress, is designed to retain more than 95% of smoke gases released during production, so the steel mill of Smederevo is now becoming a part of ecologically acceptable process of steel production.

Nastavljajući niz uspešnih projekata Delta Inženjering je u 2007. počela izgradnju servisno prodajnog centra za kamione Volvo u Novim Banovcima. Sa čuvenim švedskim investitorom ugovorena je izrada svih projekata i kom-pletno izvođenje radova na kompleksu veličine 3ha sa objektom površine 3.100m2. Volvo je pušten u rad u martu 2008.

Termoenergetika je značajna industrijska grana u čijem razvoju Delta Inženjering uzima sve više učešća. Za investitora Xella Srbija u Vreocima,u toku 2007, pro-jektovan je i izveden objekat postrojenja za proizvodnju suvozasićene pare kapaciteta 16 tona pare na sat pritiska 16 bara. Nakon završene gradnje objekta kotlarnice sa pratećom infrastrukturom, kompanija Delta Inženjering je isporučila i namontirala kotao proizvođača LOOS Inter-national Nemačka.

In continuation of the successful implementation of projects, Delta Inženjering commenced the construction of the service and distributive center for Volvo trucks in Novi Banovci in 2007. The well-known Swedish investor contracted complete design work and the performance of works at the site of 3 ha, with the facility covering the area of 3100 sqm. Thermal power is a significant branch of industry, with Delta Inženjering taking a growing share in its develop-ment. For the requirements of the investor Xella Srbija in Vreoci, we designed in 2007 and constructed a dry-saturated steam production plant, capacity 16 tons of steam per hour, 16 bar pressure. Having completed the construction of the boiler house with the associated infrastructure, Delta Inženjering supplied and installed the boiler plant manufactured by LOOS International-Germany.

Na osnovu pozitivnih iskustava u 2007. na projektu Postrojenja za razlaganje vazduha u Ribniku (Poljska), Messer Group iz Nemačke je početkom 2008. nastavio saradnju sa Delta Inženjeringom i poverio našoj kompa-niji kompletno vođenje projekata Fabrike za razlaganje vazduha (ASU – Air Separation Unit) u Dnjepropetrovsku (Ukrajina). Fabrika ima kapacitet proizvodnje 7.600 m3/h gasovitih i oko 5.000 m3/h tečnih tehničkih gasova.

Kako je u pitanju Greenfield investicija, osim proizvo-dnog dela postrojenja bilo je neophodno izgraditi i svu prateću podzemnu i nadzemnu infrastrukturu, poslovne objekte, prateće radionice, saobraćajnice, trafo-stanicu, skladišne rezervoare itd. Kao deo Messer Inženjeringa, Delta Inženjering obavlja dužnosti direktora projekta (project managera), glavnog projektanta, poslove nabavke opreme i vođenja gradilišta.

On the grounds of the positive experience on the Air Separation Plant Rybnik (Poland) in 2007, Messer Group from Germany continued cooperation with Delta Inženjering in early 2008 and entrusted our company the complete project management of ASU – Air Separation Unit in Dnipropetrovsk (Ukraine). The production capacity of ASU plant is 7600 m3/h of gaseous and about 5000 m3/h liquid technical gases.

This being a Greenfield investment, required the con-struction of all associated underground and overground infrastructure, business facilities, workshops, roads, transformer station, storage tanks, etc in addition to the production section of the plant.

As a part of Messer Inženjering, Delta Inženjering performs duties of the Project Manager, chief designer, procurement and site management.

U Rafineriji nafte Pančevo je deo dokumentacije uništen tokom bombardovanja 1999. pa je preduzeće Delta Inženjering, tokom 2004. angažovano za snimanje postojećeg stanja sistema azota u RNP. Cilj projekta je bila izrada Tehnološkomašinskog projekta izvedenog stanja sistema azota u celoj rafineriji, a svrha da se regi-struju svi potrošači i napravi bilans sadašnje potrošnje.Posle snimanja na terenu, bilo je potrebno, da se u pro-jektnom birou izrade crteži dispozicija cevovoda i opre-me i tehnoloških šema, kao i tekstualni delovi projekata.

Rafinerija nafte Pančevo je još u 2003. zahvaljujući finan-sijskoj pomoći svetske zdravstvene organizacije za zaštitu životne sredine, bila u obavezi da izvrši rekonstrukciju postrojenja za prečišćavanje zauljenih otpadnih voda,tehnoloških i atmosferskih. I projektantski i izvođa-čki uradili smo taj taj posao uspešno, adapatirajući gra-đevinske objekte uz isporuku i ugradnju opreme na njima. Postrojenje je pušteno u rad u martu 2004. posle uspe-šnog probnog rada i atestiranja.

Kompanija Delta Inženjering je 2008. na zahtev NIS - RNP izvršila modernizaciju sistema snabdevanja tehničkim gasovima. Urađeni su svi potrebni projekti kao i projekat detekcije pojave zapaljivih gasova u smeši sa vazduhom svim odeljenjima u kojima se koriste ovi zapaljivi gasovi.

Kompanija Delta Inženjering je izvela i kompletnu mašinsku i elektroinstalaciju ovog sistema u sarad-nji sa isporučiocem gasne opreme Messer - Tehnogas.

Tokom 2009. uradili smo idejni projekat obimne i značajne rekonstrukcije postrojenja FCC.

RAFINERIJA NAFTE PANČEVO

At the Oil Refinery Pančevo, a part of documentation was destroyed during bombing in 1999, so Delta Inženjering was entrusted in 2004 to conduct site survey-ing with reference to the current status of the nitrogen system at RNP. The aim of this project was to develop Mechanical-technological design as-built of the nitrogen system in the entire refinery, with the purpose of re-cording all users and making the balance of the current consumption, all within the modernization of production facilities that RNP was to complete in 2007.

After the site surveying, our design office prepared layout drawings of the pipelines, equipment and flow diagrams, as well as the relevant technical descriptions.

In the course of 2003, thanks to the financial aid by the World Health Organization for Environmental Protection, the Oil Refinery Pančevo was under obligation to carry out the rehabilitation of the oily waste water treatment plant, industrial and atmospheric. In view of both design-ing and work performance, we completed the job success-fully, having performed the rehabilitation of the building structures along with the supply and installation of the relevant equipment. The plant was put into operation in March 2004 after successful trial operation and approval.

At the request of NIS-RNP, during 2008 Delta Inženjering carried out the modernization of the technical gases supply system. Complete designs have been devel-oped as well as those for detection of flammable gases in the mixture with air for all departments where these flammable gases are used.

In addition to developing designs, Delta Inženjering performed the complete mechanical and electrical in-stallation of this system in cooperation with the supplier of gas equipment Messer – Tehnogas.

In 2009, we are developing the conceptual designs of the extensive and significant rehabilitation of FCC.

Fabrika za reciklažu starih akumulatora površine 20.000 m2 u industrijskoj zoni Inđija predstavljala je složen zadatak za sve inženjerske struke. Generalni izvođač radova, kompanija Delta Inženjering je angažo-vana i kao projektant pojedinih faza gradnje (glavni projekat trafo-stanice, glavni elektroprojekat kabliranja tehnološke opreme, glavni projekat kompresorskih stanica i razvoda komprimovanog vazduha, glavni pro-jekat parne kotlarnice itd). Ovo je prva fabrika ove vrste montirana u Srbiji i nadamo se da će dokazati valjanost projektovanih parametara, naročito u domenu zaštite životne sredine.

Factory for recycling of used accu-batteries, covering the area of 20000 sqm, located in the industrial zone of Indjija was a complex task for all engineering branches. The general contractor of works, Delta Inženjering, was engaged also as the designer of some stages of construc-tion (final design of transformer station, final electrical design of cabling of technological equipment, final design of compressor stations and compressed air distribution,

final design of steam boiler house, etc.). This is the first factory of this type built in Serbia and we hope it will prove the worthiness of design parameters, particularly in the field of environmental protection.

U cementari Titan u Kosjeriću kompanija Delta Inženjering je radila na različitim poslovima u intervalu od decembra 2002. do juna 2006. U tom periodu urađeni su idejni i glavni projekti skladišta paleta sa linijom za paletizaciju cementa, projekti silosa ugljenog praha, svi projekti postrojenja za mlevenje uglja i glavni projekat elektr oinstalacije i automatike za doziranje pepela u mlin cementa.

At the Titan cement plant in Kosjerić, Delta Inženjering was engaged on different tasks from December 2002 till June 2006. During that period of time, Delta Inženjering developed both the conceptual and final designs of the pallete storage complete with the cement palletizing line, designs of coal dust silo bins, all designs of the coal mill-ing plants and the final design of electrical installations and automated system for the cement mill ash feeder.

KOLUBARA KOLUBARA

Pošavši od činjenice da se, od ukupno proizvedene električne energije 62% proizvede u TENT-u Obrenovac, sagorevanjem kolubarskog uglja, jasno je da se ener-getska stabilnost Republike Srbije može održati samo dobrim funkcionisanjem Rudarskog basena Kolubara. Da bi se to ostvarilo bilo je potrebno konstantno prisustvo u Kolubarskom basenu i naših stručnjaka, i to onih koji su sada u Delta Inženjeringu. Pored rudarskih stručnjaka investitora, tokom svih ovih godina, smo kreirali i pro-jektovali tehnološke komplekse i složene uređaje koji su sada u ekspolataciji. Različiti zahtevi definisani od strane investitora, o usavršavanju postojećih rešenja, otklanja-nju uskog grla uspešno su i ažurno rešavani.

U najnovijem periodu (2003-2009) u Rudarskom basenu Kolubara pristupili smo, pored projektovanja i izvođenju radova. Tako je izvedeno postrojenje za automatsko gašenje požara vodom (drenčerska instalacija) kao prvo takve vrste u Srbiji. U 2008. smo izgradili savremeni magacin od 2000 m2, kao i poslovnu zgradu za smeštaj stručnjaka površinkog kopa Zapadno polje.

Početkom 2009. učestvovali smo sa Kolubara-Metalom na izradi delova novog bagera Tissen-Krupp na Zapadnom polju koji se ovih dana pušta u probni rad.

Kroz sve ove godine naši mašinski inženjeri stvorili su tim koji je sposoban za izradu najsloženih zahteva iz oblasti manipulacije rasutim materijalima, (bulk solids material handling) i koji sada predstavlja biro, koji je po kretivnom potencijalu i iskustvu, dokazanom referenca-ma, vodeći u Srbiji.

Starting from the fact that, as much as 62% out of the total electricity generated is generated in the thermal power plant (TENT) Obrenovac burning coal from the open pits in Kolubara, it is clear that the energy stability of the Republic of Serbia can be sustained only by a good functioning of the Kolubara Mining Basin. To achieve this goal, it has been necessary to have a constant presence of domestic experts at the Kolubara Mining Basin, those who are now in Delta Inženjering. Along with the Inves-tor’s experts in mining, in the course of all these years, we have been creating and designing technological com-plexes and elaborate machinery now being in operation. Various requirements laid down by the Investor often including the upgrading of the existing design solutions, removal of bottle-necks, etc. have been timely resolved.

Within the recent period, 2003-2009, in addtion to designing we have been engaged on performing works at the Kolubara Mining Basin. So we constructed a plant for automatic fire extinguishing by water (drench insta-llation), being the first of its kind in Serbia. In 2008, we built a modern warehouse covering the area of 2000 sqm, as well as an office building for accomodation of personn-el of the Zapadno Polje Open Pit.

In early 2009, we participated with Kolubara-Metal in the construction of vital components of a new Tissen-Krupp dredger in the Zapadno Polje Open Pit which is going to be put into operation very soon.

In the course of all these years, the mechanical engin-eers of Delta Inženjering created a team capable of ful-filling the most elaborate requirements in the bulk solids material handling. The team has turned into a design bureau which, by its creative potential, experience and proven references, is the leader in Serbia.

IKEA IKEA

Pored projektovanja svih glavnih projekata, uz ulogu generalnog izvođača svih radova na poslu infrastruktur-nog opremanja zemljišta kompanija Delta Inženjering se prvi put našla i u ulozi developera, čiji je zadatak bio da i finansijski premosti vakuum koji se pojavio između primarnog vlasnika kompanije Ikea i novih korisnika zemljišta. Ikea je zemljište veličine 20ha kupila pre skoro 20 godina i, da bi ga mogla ustupiti drugim korisnicima, trebalo ga je infrastrukturno opremiti. Na lokaciju je do-vedena struja, telefonske instalacije, gas, voda i priključci za kanalizaciju. Sve priključne građevine, uključujući i nadzemne objekte smeštene su u tehničkom bloku kom-pleksa.

In addition to developing all final designs, along with the role of the general contractor of all works on the infrastructural development of land, Delta Inženjering found itself for the first time in the role of a “developer” having a task to fill in financially the gap that appeared between the primary owner of Ikea and the new users of the land. This piece of land sized 20 ha was bought by Ikea some 20 years ago, and to be able to assign it to other users it must undergo infrastructural development. In view of that, the site was provided with power supply, telephone installations, gas, water and sewage connect-ions. All service buildings, including the overground structures are located in the utility block of the complex.

RT ZAJAČA A.D. (FARMAKOM KONCERN)

Iskustva stečena na montaži opreme za reciklažu starih akumulatora na objektu Monbat bila su korisna za realizaciju sličnog postrojenja u Zajači. Kompanija Delta Inženjering je izvršila montažu opreme i instalacija. Oprema se montirala u postojećem kompleksu topionice Zajača po dokumentaciji italijanskog proizvođača SERI , a razradu i izradu izvođačke dokumenatacije izvršili su inženjeri Delta Inženjeringa.

RT ZAJACA A.D. (FARMAKOM KONCERN)

The experience gained on the installation of equipment for recycling of used accu-batteries at the Monbat plant was beneficial for the implementation of a similar plant in Zajača. Delta Inženjering performed the assembly of the equipment and installations. The equipment was installed at the existing complex of the Zajača smelting works according to the documentation provided by the Italian manufacturer SERI, while the elaboration and development of the execution documentation was carried out by the engineers of Delta Inženjering.

Pored cementara Holcim u Novom Popovcu, Titan u Kosjeriću s sa cementarom Lafarge iz Beočina imali smo, u periodu od avgusta 2003 do oktobra 2004. godine, zna-čajnu saradnju pri izradi glavnih projekata konstrukcije uz izradu radioničke dokumentacije mlevenja sirovina, zatim projekat kompresorske stanice, pa do usluga kon-saltinga, što je podrazumevalo tehničku kontrolu doku-mentacije i davanje instrukcija , konstruktoru iz Poljske, vezano za izradu arhitektonsko-građevinskih projekata, a u skladu sa domaćim propisima.

In addition to Holcim cement plant in Novi Popovac, Titan cement plant in Kosjerić and Lafarge cement plant in Beočin, we achieved remarkable cooperation during August 2003 – October 2004 on developing final struct-ural designs and preparing workshop documentation re-lated to raw milling, followed by designs of the compre-ssor house, also including the consulting services which meant technical inspection of documentation and giving instructions to the structural designer from Poland, in connection with the development of architectural and structural designs, in compliance with the local regula-tions.

U nizu izvođačkih poslova izgradili smo i Fabriku za proizvodnju biocida Duochem u industrijskoj zoni Nove Pazove. Proizvodna hala ima površinu od 4288m2 podeljenu u tri celine: proizvodnu, tehničku i administra-tivnu. Izgradnja objekta je započeta u martu 2009. a zavr-šena novembra iste godine.

The performance activities we have been engaged in referred to the construction of biocide manufacturing plant Duochem located in the industrial zone of Nova Pazova. The production hall covers the area of 4288 sqm divided into three units – production, technical and ad-ministrative. The construction of this facility was accom-plished during March – November, 2009.

Design engineers of Delta Inženjering, with their efforts, succeeded in overcoming the obstacle called de-signing of public buildings, having proved that they know how to handle the most comprehensive and complex projects in this field. Following the architectural solu-tions provided by the company Domaa Belgrade, Delta Inženjering developed technical documentation for all installations in the business complex of the Unit 20, total area of 45000 sqm, consisting of three buildings - busi-ness suites and two office buildings symmetrically laid in diagonal.

Iz serije projekata koje smo ostvarili sa našim po-slovnim partnerom, firmom Domaa, a u kojima je Delta Inženjering projektant svih instalacija, interesantan je i projekat rekonstrukcije hotela „Metropol Palace”, jednog od najstarijih i najznamenitijih hotela u Beogradu. U ovom zahtevnom poslu pored projektantskih obaveza ugovorili smo i projektantski nadzor, pa nas svakodnevni problemi gradilišta inspirišu da ostvarujemo nova i jedno-stavnija rešenja.

In the series of projects that we have accomplished with our business partner Domaa, where Delta Inženjering was entrusted to design all installations, an interesting project is certainly the reconstruction of the Metropol Palace Hotel, one of the oldest and most monumental hotels in Belgrade. In this demanding job, in addition to assuming consulting obligations, we have also contract-ed design supervision, and so the every day problems on the site inspire to new and simple solutions.

Tog davnog prvog februara 1990. rođena je firma Delta Inženjering, i vođena istinskom željom, ambicijom i ogromnom voljom za uspehom svog dvočlanog tima iz male kancelarije Centra Sava danas prerasla u jednu od prvih i vodećih kompanija Srbije i regiona.

was born, and conducted by a true wish, ambition and huge will for its two-member team to succeed, it has grown today from a small Sava Center office into one of the first and leading companies of Serbia and the region.

Even the initial businesses that the company was engaged in at the time, as for instance designing gas installations and minor machinery plants, was the real introduction into the wide field of industrial project de-sign and management that occupied a large number of professional people assembled today around the same primary team.

The vision of the first man of Delta Inženjering became the mission of all of his associates.

Twenty years of devoted work was needed to assemble 10 companies with the same leading idea complementing each other with the aim to complete the cycle of capital construction, from providing assistance in the choice of the site location up to the obtainment of the use permit. As many as 350 employees participate in this elaborate and comprehensive work, including 85 graduate engi-neers from all fields.

Only with patient work, gradual expansion, accepting challenges and winning the battles, the system of Delta Inženjering Group was established offering multi-disci-plinary planning, consulting services, production, work performance, welding, erection and inspection.

Today we have not only the people who represent the basis of everything, but also production, erection and testing equipment, considerable capacities in machining and in the welding and laboratory equipment.
