Ensure that you can activate caching for your form template. You can referto the form designer help for more information.For example: If there are dynamic fields on your template design, PDFcache can't be used.

SolutionFor activating server side cache on your forms, follow the steps below:1. Open the transaction SFP.2. Enter the name of the form you want to activate caching for.3. Open the form in change mode.4. Open the form layout, via tha 'Layout' tab.5. Click on 'Edit' in the form toolbar.6. Select 'Form Properties'.7. Select 'Performance' tab.8. In the 'Server' select options, check the checkbox for:'Allow Form Rendering To Be Cached On Server'.9. Save and activate the form.

1. Goto transaction SFP.2. Choose a form template.3. Navigate to the layout.4. Goto Help-> Adobe Life Cycle Designer Help.5. Menu, Command, Toolbar and Dialog Reference Dialog Box Reference -> Form Properties dialog box -> Performance tab (Form properties dialog box)
