GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION• This offer is for the Students residing in the districts East, West and Malir of Karachi Division for Public

School Gadap.• Please fill the applica�on form properly with complete and correct informa�on/ answers.• Filled-in Registra�on Form along with four recent photographs; Fee Challan; A�ested GR number;

and B-Form / Parent’s Domicile is to be submi�ed in hard form to Assistant Director – SMHS, Sindh Educa�on Founda�on, House # 21-A, Block 7/8, Overseas Coopera�ve Housing Society, Ameer Khusro Road, Karachi. Ph. 021-99333244-5, 021-99333246-8.

the Applica�on at any stage.• District wise Merit Lists will be drawn up whereby top performing 26 students from SE&LD (Govt.

Schools) will be selected for each district.• This Registra�on / Adver�sement is not meant for students from SEF Assisted Schools, as they will be

sent to the respec�ve ins�tu�ons as per their results in the Annual Assessment conducted by SEF in the order of merit.

• Applicants are required to keep the record of original fee deposit slip/ challan. • By hand submission of applica�on is acceptable.• Entry Test Fee is non-refundable.• Mobile phones or any electronic gadgets are not allowed in test center premises.• Informa�on about Roll No Slip/Test date/Test Center will be provided by SMS, Website, Email, Facebook.• The Entry Test shall comprise of MCQs (Mul�ple Choice Ques �ons) and SRQs (Short Response

Ques�ons) type ques�on. Subjects include; English, Maths and Language (Sindhi / Urdu). Sample test paper is available at (www.sef.org.pk)

• Finally, selected students’ parents will sign an undertaking with SEF that their son/daughter will con�nue educa�on upto Grade 12 under the Scholarship Program.

• Last date for Registra�on is Monday April 08, 2019 latest by 4:00 pm. All Registra�on forms must be submi�ed by this date.
