1. A statement of no more than one page describing your commitment to social justice and public interest and explaining why you want to serve the moderate means client community. Please also include an explanation of why you want to be a solo practitioner and discuss how any former experience in the legal profession (e.g., externship, internship, clinical program, paid work) influenced your decision to start your own practice.

2. A business plan of no more than two pages. Please explain in the plan how you expect to serve underrepresented moderate income individuals and what delivery methods you plan to use (e.g., unbundling, sliding scale fee structures, etc.).

3. Your resume.

4. Names and contact information for three references.
