Course Descriptions

Multi Purpose Room (MPR)

MPR classes are driven by great music and a standard choreography that changes every quarter! So creatures of habit – our Studio 1 LesMills™ classes are for you!

Body Attack™: Body Attack™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Body Balance™: Combines the best of eastern disciplines like yoga and tai chi, with popular new methods such as pilates. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Body Combat™: Combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwon-do into an hour-long energetic routine. Music and pre-choreography create a fierce, energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body.

Body Pump™: A 45-55 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles whilst raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. LesMills Body Pump is proven to be the “world’s fastest way to get in shape”.

Fitbox: Practice your boxing skills, improve your agility and functional core strength. Fitbox combines agility drills, partner boxing and challenging abdominal exercises for an effective full body workout. Open to all levels of fitness.

Legs, Bums and Tums: Attack those problem areas! A fantastic combination of cardio and resistance work that will improve your general fitness and work specifically on your abs, butt and thighs.

Cycle Room (CR)

CR classes are dynamic where the only constant is variety in the classes. These classes will prepare you for the world of fitness through education and motivation.

RPM™: Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.Spin: Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Outdoor Classes

Get outdoors and breathe in some fresh air whilst pushing your body through different levels of fitness.

Jump Start: Jump start your calorie burning engine with this variety packed group fitness experience. Conducted predominately outdoors with some indoor circuit training and incorporates resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. This class is designed to motivate you and keep you on track with your long term fitness and weight loss goals. Open to all levels of fitness.

Ultra Fit: This class is not for the faint hearted. Consisting of high intensity cardio-vascular training mixed with strength and endurance training, look forward to a good smashing! Medium level of fitness required.
