Restorative Yoga Restor’ Yoga soothes the nervous system, helps you quiet your mind and invites you to release deeply held tension. This gentle yoga class is a great way to bring your body and mind into balance. Restor’ Yoga is suitable for everyone.

Walking & Games Club Come out and enjoy an hour walk with your peers and a Recreation Centre staff member. Walking sticks will be provided. After you’re done, join your fellow walkers for conversation, coffee and games including Bridge, Canasta or Cribbage.

Tots Soccer This is a great opportunity for your tot to be introduced to the fun game of soccer while enhancing his or her physical literacy. Children will learn and practice the various fundamental skills necessary to run, kick, dribble, stop and pass the ball. Introduction to Skate & LongboardingJoin the guys from The Truth Skateboard Shop , as they coach you how to be a better skateboarder. This program is for both beginners and advanced swimmers, offering you with structured workouts and seasonal planning. If competition is your goal, we can provide you with the training to get ready.
