Service Referral

• Services are reimbursed from many separate funds and must be charged to the appropriate bot

• Service Referral was created to simplify the process of requesting Services by limiting the types that Social Workers see

• Social Workers only see a single Service Type but Fiduciaries see all of the options and select the appropriate ones.

Service Referral Changes with Release 7.1 in June 2015

• The Service Referral page was changed in both form and structure• There is new functionality to allow files linked to the service referral to be

uploaded for individual participants• A new group box will allow easy review of uploaded files linked to the

service referral• The Intake Information group-box was relocated next to the Provider group-

box on the page• The Provider default was changed from the Provider Search radio button to

the Provider name and Address Text• A new Action list was added to facilitate communications between the

Fiduciary and the Social Worker• New Automated Messages initiated by the Fiduciary will be sent to the

Social Worker
