Populating Reviewers Activity FlowTitle Service request workflow

Status Successful

Description After designing runbooks its integration, and configuration with service manager so as to be able to deploy it to web portal.

Pre-requisites Runbooks made and tested, runbooks present in service manager library (use connecter sync). Screen Shots from part of making service request.

Runbook Automation Activity.

1. Select the runbook you want to integrate from the library. And select the runbook automation activity

This will prompt to a form fill it accordingly.2. After that we go to templates from right hand side tab “Create New Template”:

Fill in the Name and select Class as Service Request (use Browse).

3. Next we will be directed to the service request form, fill it accordingly as per the request:

4. Next move onto the Activities Tab: This is where we add the runbook automation activities and review activities.

Activities are added using the Plus sign.. First activity as seen above is added like this this the dynamically populate reviewer’s runbook:

Go to runbook tab and map prompts.ActivityId mapping

AD Group Name Mapping:

5. Second activity is the review activity and is added as shown using same plus sign:

When we select this we are prompted to the review activity form:Fill this accordingly and choose the voting criteria leave reviewers field blank that would be filled automatically by the runbook.

6. Lastly we add the new user runbook, once the request is approved by the approvers.

Go to Runbook Tab and Map Prompts (Note: The Text1 , Text2 …. Prompts are automatically mapped when making runbook we just manually mapped the ID field in the first runbook):Sample of auto mapping:
