Goal 1: Provide more access to Rotary's data for Rotarians and non-Rotarians.

Objective 1: Increase registered MAP Users access to data and functionality. Measure 1: Existing functionality will be clumped together into a number that is

20% less than the current number. Measure 2: 100% of registered MAP Users will have access prior to and after their

term of service.

Objective 2: Delegation will allow new MAP users to access Rotary data. Measure 1: A report is provided showing new MAP users that accessed Rotary data.

Goal 2: Provide a transparent system for accessing MAP. Objective 3: Provide an audit trail that is tied to an individual record. Measure 1: A report showing which individual made updates or added relevant data is

available to MAP Users and RI Staff.

Objective 4: Continue to protect personal and private data. Measure 1: 100% of a MAP User’s donor report and My Account functionality (password,

secret questions, etc.) are not available to a delegatee.

Objective 5: Prevent specially flagged records, i.e. "bad apples", from access to Rotary's data. Measure 1: Registered MAP Users that are known offenders of Rotary’s policies are not able

to access any Rotary data beyond their My Account functionality and their donor report. Measure 2: These offenders are blocked from participating in the delegation process.

Goal 3: Simplify MAP access. Objective 6: Simple updates made to roles or functionality (i.e. name change,

adding/removing access, etc.) will be streamlined. Measure 1: Adding a new role, deleting a role, or updating access rights of role will take less

than 5 business days with minimal or no IT involvement.

Objective 7: Staff will be able to easily understand which role has access to data and functionality in MAP.

Measure 1: A simple report will be provided depicting roles and functionality.

Objective 8: Shared Access will provide improved customer service. Measure 1: Less time is needed to support MAP inquiries. Measure 2: CAM tool is retired.

Objective 10: Delegated functionality allows for simple integration with other enterprise applications.

Measure 1: Shared Access will work with existing and future applications. Objective 11: 98% of the time, MAP Users can delegate their online access to anyone within

five minutes. Measure 1: 2% of MAP Users (Currently, this percentage translates into 4k MAP Users

receive an error message when attempting to delegate.) Measure 2: A report is provided that shows which MAP Users delegated their on-line access.
