OUR MISSIONThe Shenandoah Wellness Park (SWP) is a development project with a unique mission. The core mission, around which all the

ancillary objectives are built, is the restoration and rehabilitation of America’s heroes.▪ Military Veterans – Many of America’s military veterans are returning home from overseas with traumatic head injuries, Post

Traumatic Stress Syndrome and various addictions.

▪ NFL Veterans – Many NFL and college football players end their playing careers having suffered from multiple concussions and serious head injuries.

Both categories of ‘hero veterans’ are in need of special and focused care that has been unavailable in traditional health care systems and settings. SWP has been designed to be an economically sustainable, environmentally sensitive, health care and athletic complex which will holistically provide rehabilitation and restorative services to heal our damaged heroes.

Pham has more than 40 years' experience in transforming individuals and communities to their greater potential. In utilizing a progressive approach to overcome challenges to the collective and individuals, Pham excels in achieving impactful change by his pledge, “To serve the highest good." Pham's powerful capacities have been well evidenced in his current role as the owner of Blue Ridge Projects, a development under his real estate company PacAm Realty that includes various projects across the United States. He is CEO of CORDEV Inc. an Information Technology and Telecommunication company headquartered in Falls Church Virginia.

As an entrepreneur Pham experiences fulfilment through his charitable work as the Founder and Volunteer at the AKAL Institute. He has sponsored many people with substance addiction offering them unconditional love and assistance 24 hours a day.

Pham earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Michigan, garnering numerous awards and honors including membership in the prestigious National Engineering Honor fraternity, Tau Beta Pi. In a career defined by his commitment to excellence in science and engineering coupled with his passion for the human condition, Pham is recognized as a transformative leader in the 21st century.
